There is no such a thing as "depression". It's not a real illness and it's just a state of mind. People who claim to be depressed are self-centered little bitches feeling sorry for themselves instead of making their life better. Cure for depression: stop being a little bitch because life isn't easy or fun all the time, grow up.

brainstats.com/average-iq-by-country.htm.. Croatia not doing very well
2018-11-09 20:51
How is certain country's average IQ relevant in a discussion with an individual? You really don't have a better argument? Pathetic.
2018-11-09 21:05
You are right actually, your IQ is probably way lower than the average in your country.
2018-11-09 21:14
Facts are relevant aswell in an (intellectual) discussion, not just your personal belief. "There is no such thing as depression" is a pathetic statement, not only is it incredibly stupid, you basically discredit and deny 400+ years of science and studies in the field or neuroscience. You probably never even touched a paper on this topic.
2018-11-09 21:28
What science? It's not biologicaly affecting your brain therefore it's not a real illness. That's an extremely simple argument you simply cannot beat.
2018-11-09 21:33
scholar.google.de/scholar?hl=de&as_sdt=0.. You probably won't read any one these anway, because you wouldn't even take the time to google search 1 sec, before formulating such an moronic statement. You could already tell from comparing MRIs of healthy and severely depressed people that there are major structural differences within the brain. Not only does depression affect the brain, it affects several organs, espescially the heart. I mean i wouldn't be able to tell before i got diagnosed with severe depression and participating in studies, regularly doing MRIs, EKGs and EEGs.
2018-11-09 21:49
Stopped reading at "depression affects heart".
2018-11-09 21:55
scholar.google.de/scholar?hl=de&as_sdt=0.. Exchange one word and here we go. Not that hard. Next comment i'll make will be "Sarajevo is the capital of croatia". It may hold the same truth as the one you did, but i only have to believe, right? ;)
2018-11-09 22:05
ufff, poor guy just got depressed! gg!
2018-11-10 09:56
Even by the pretty low standards of HLTV this is a fucking stupid comment.

Winning one day out of 7 is not winning brother.. Since you started gambling, how much did you deposit and how much did u withdraw?
2018-11-09 19:59
Try 10 years without a losing year. The edge is small and only getting thinner, but that's why you grind it out with iterations in the millions.
2018-11-09 22:19
I know some people who make living like that. More power to them, but the lifestyle of it isn't for everyone.. Gotta be exhausting Plus as you said bookmakers getting more and more sophisticated and edge is smaller than ever every year. Probably why pros prefer to go to niche markets

I've been playing computer games since I was around 13 years old (28 now). Of course when I was younger it was lots of fun, not thinking about the time spent doing it. Today I have a steady job doing something I love, but after work my life is pretty much empty. I work out 3 days a week and trying to go swimming 2 times a week. I no longer enjoy watching tv-shows or movies the way I used to, not enjoying csgo or other games as much either..What I did discover after a looooong period is that the outdoors is what makes me the happiest. I love camping and sleeping outside, sit by a fire and just being able to appreciate the little things in life :)

2018-11-09 20:32
Do you spend a lot of time online? Especially on social medias? Facebook, instagram and so on? Everytime you decide to either like a post, or comment on one, your brain uses up glucose in your brain to make those decisions. You might find yourself on Netflix, unable to make a decision on what movie to watch so you look up dozens of reviews, spending so much time and effort to make sure that your choice is a good one. Most of the time, you might not even make a choice to begin with. Regardless, when faced with too many option you tend to make sure your option is conducive to your needs and depending on the volume of options, the amount of energy required to do that only makes you feel tired. The big problem with wasting so much effort on social medias (the liking, and commenting of posts, even clicking on shit that you like constantly etc.) is using up the resourcecs of your brain and you are unwittingly making yourself feel fatigued on a daily fucking basis. Do you see how damaging that is? Make your life simple again, we are not equipped for this bullshit.
2018-11-09 20:08
Well, i dont have an acc in any of social media. But thanks for the respond
2018-11-09 20:14
So how do you spend your time online?
2018-11-09 20:15
youtube, hltv, torrents, some local boards, bandcamp, etc
2018-11-09 20:19
That's enough to make a hundred more decisions than you need to be. See what happens if you decide to spend just one week NOT ONLINE. Go to a library, rent a book. That's just like 2 decisions, compared to the hundreds you make every day while being online...
2018-11-09 20:22
You are right, rest from the internet can be useful. I should try it, ty.
2018-11-09 20:30
It’s a good advice.
2018-11-11 19:54
My brother is 24 and he had the same symptoms, he was diagnosed with depression and after a while of professional help, it got better. I'd recommend you do so too. About me, I 28, and I've been doing what I like for a long while now, but The thing is not getting stuck in doing the same thing over and over again until it gets natural. Life needs a dose of randomness, new things, people, situations, places... I'd recommend to explore new things that you may find interesting, create new stuff, involve with people you may share interests with or travel if it is possible for you (not necessarily by bus/plane/car, but also a bike ride or a walk to unknown places could lead you to new things that would open doors to interesting stuff). There's plenty to do out there, but if you really are in that stage when you can't handle it, getting help is the step #1. GL m8 (._.)_b

Maybe it's time to stop crying about yourself and time to plan ur life , set a goals then follow the goals ? Once u start ull have no time to concentrate on how bad ur life is . It is bad cuz instead of doing anything u doing nothing and thinking about it , which makes u even more sad. It's like whirpool. Cut it off. As simple as that. There's no other way and no one besides u can change it . As soon as u realize it as soon u will change it . It's brutal but also its truth. Stop fckn cryin and do something . The choice is urs. Drugged loser or successfull winner . bye.

same but i remind myself of the unique experience of just being alive, being able to feel it, to be in control, its unique bro and im sure that when i die, this unique experience will stop so (no heaven/ no reincarnarion, etc) even if life sucks, that you are poor, that you struggle just remember that in all these trillions of trillions of possibilities, you have being lucky to be alive and you can feel it, and its not infinite so try your best to enjoy it !
2018-11-09 20:30
You even have the chance to live in a good country so you have more possibilities to find good girls, even a little job will pay 100000 times more than good jobs in my country just be happy with what you have bro :)
2018-11-09 20:32
I was born and raised in Norway and still live here. Had a safe and predictable life so far...I have my own place, my own car and even a car to use for work. High internet, all the movies, shows , books..I am not rich moneywise but opportunity wise I am rich. But still, happiness and the feeling of meaning eludes me. Life has seemed meaningless the last 10 years. Only 2 years ago I was diagnosed with depression and social anxiety. Been living all these years with my head telling me I am something I am not, different from everyone, will never belong with a group of people..My point is, sure, everyone should be happy with what they have, and I really try to do that, but it's not easy. Everyone, EVERY SINGLE PERSON has their different backgrounds with different mindsets from all of their experiences :)

Do anything. If you don't like it, you have found one more thing that you definitely don't want to do. Merely existing does not equal living. You must WANT and CHERISH life, to truly live. That is why you do anything. If you stop doing, you might as well already be dead. Do you want to die? Probably not. Can't do anything? Well...take care of yourself and your health first. Can't do that either? Hope your caretaker has a good heart.

That's EXACTLY how i felt after 27 years living with ADHD and not having a fucking clue about it. I got to the point where i couldnt get out of bed anymore, not even to eat. I could only go after food when my hunger got unbearable. That's how bad the symptom of demotivation ADHD causes can get. At the time i thought maybe could be depression, so i started treating depression, it helped at the beggining but the feeling that something was always missing kept killing me inside. That corrosive boredom, when i couldnt do even the things i use to LOVE to do and engage myself in, because the joy in it diminished gradually to the point i could not bare more than 40 minutes doing it. It only started getting better after i took a time to read about adhd with patience, damn, those informations did hit home! Yeah i was depressed, but the depression was a consequence of a life with motivation decreasing year after year, and i only got better after treating my adhd. Treatment solved the problem for me and i wouldnt be alive today if i didnt discover the source of the problem, and thats why i try to open peoples eyes that MAYBE this could be the problem. Read about it, people with this type of disorder never have a clue that they have it, they just think: "i'm this way, thats how i am and thats it", but when they take a time to read about it with a little patience they get shocked how things relate to how they are. If is not the case, keep searching whats the problem.

run. i mean it. we are animals, we are not made to so few exercises as in the modern life... i kinda had a lot of bad thoughts like you do, then a doctor told me to run and gym, at first it looke really dumb, like how the hell would it help me with the thoughs in my head... well, it did... we need some seratonine and enforphines to think straight and you can only have it by phisical exercises.... try running 30 minutes a day... after a week you will start to feel motivated... the first 7 days are really hard, like it is even more boring an sucks, then it gets better...

set some difficult goals in your life and try to achieve them

Your struggles define your life. But only the things you love because you will be willing to struggle for it and you will find meaning and reward in them. For example getting a PHD is hard and prestigious but if you don't like it and only do it for money, you will just complain about the hard work and in the end it won't make you happier. For me I was very depressed until I found skateboarding. It gave me an identity almost. It is insanely difficult and I gave up a lot of times but always got back to it. I get hurt a lot, bleed, and it's hard when it's cold outside, but I'm always happy because i see myself progressing. I hope you find something like this for yourself.

If you have some money to spare get into lifting, do it according to the most experimented lifters advices (Nutrition, form, rest/sleep) You will notice couldn't-have-believe-it-yourself-if-you-didn't-see-it-for-yourself progresses/results in 3 months (If done properly). I went from skinny-fat to a low BF % to an adapted BMI with visible muscles and above-average weight-lifting performance in a year, was really proud of myself I felt like all the doors would open for me because I was putting some of mine (mind and body) into the world. Also if you live in a small town consider moving to a bigger city, generally much more open minded when it comes to people willing to put in the working hours to succeed well in life.
