I mean no offence here, but get a girlfriend, dude. Workout/run/do sports or something that you enjoy and that will give you pleasure afterwards aswell. It's all about getting your serotonin and dopamin levels up, correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm 24, and also everything is boring, myb if I try not to think much and I do it mostly when I play games or go out with gf.
Alcohol and specially weed makes me worried that life is boring and that is even worse feeling, so i stopped using it.
literally my life rn.
can´t really remember last time i was happy, and felt life was worth living.
be a member of Cosa Nostra and your life will change
Im 19 right now. Everyday after school im going to the gym, later im playing some cs/pubg/fifa19.
college, home, games, sleep.
Ye life is shit, im 24 y and i love alcohol
When I feel bad I think about people who cant find something to eat. Who have to leave their home becuz of wars. Be grateful for what you have. Be strong.
i have a gf, i have a dog, i drink beer (only not on monday and tuesday)
Go to the gym and start taking care abt yourself. Try to make new friends. Go to college and try new things, new experiences and talk to someone about it
While weed is good, you want much harder drugs to really see how good it can get.
While I'm struggling to slow down my amphetamine intake I can't do anything but recommend acid, mushrooms and DMT. Nitrous is also amazing when tripping your balls off!
I've been playing computer games since I was around 13 years old (28 now). Of course when I was younger it was lots of fun, not thinking about the time spent doing it. Today I have a steady job doing something I love, but after work my life is pretty much empty. I work out 3 days a week and trying to go swimming 2 times a week. I no longer enjoy watching tv-shows or movies the way I used to, not enjoying csgo or other games as much either..What I did discover after a looooong period is that the outdoors is what makes me the happiest. I love camping and sleeping outside, sit by a fire and just being able to appreciate the little things in life :)
Do you spend a lot of time online? Especially on social medias? Facebook, instagram and so on? Everytime you decide to either like a post, or comment on one, your brain uses up glucose in your brain to make those decisions. You might find yourself on Netflix, unable to make a decision on what movie to watch so you look up dozens of reviews, spending so much time and effort to make sure that your choice is a good one. Most of the time, you might not even make a choice to begin with. Regardless, when faced with too many option you tend to make sure your option is conducive to your needs and depending on the volume of options, the amount of energy required to do that only makes you feel tired. The big problem with wasting so much effort on social medias (the liking, and commenting of posts, even clicking on shit that you like constantly etc.) is using up the resourcecs of your brain and you are unwittingly making yourself feel fatigued on a daily fucking basis. Do you see how damaging that is? Make your life simple again, we are not equipped for this bullshit.
My brother is 24 and he had the same symptoms, he was diagnosed with depression and after a while of professional help, it got better. I'd recommend you do so too.
About me, I 28, and I've been doing what I like for a long while now, but The thing is not getting stuck in doing the same thing over and over again until it gets natural. Life needs a dose of randomness, new things, people, situations, places... I'd recommend to explore new things that you may find interesting, create new stuff, involve with people you may share interests with or travel if it is possible for you (not necessarily by bus/plane/car, but also a bike ride or a walk to unknown places could lead you to new things that would open doors to interesting stuff).
There's plenty to do out there, but if you really are in that stage when you can't handle it, getting help is the step #1.

Random driving with good music on . Alot of things happening during the night bro , try it out :)
imagine if we lived in medieval age we would be knights, get trained, get a sword and go to the battlefield to win another victory, that is what an entertaining life would looked like
Yep, life is boring, that is why we keep find and creating new way to entertain ourselves and be occupied!
Why not learn a new profession, hobby, new friends ...
Just try anew experiences ...
PS: Drugs aint a solution to boredom, it will only engrave it!
Working, driving ... well that's it pretty much
same but i remind myself of the unique experience of just being alive, being able to feel it, to be in control, its unique bro and im sure that when i die, this unique experience will stop so (no heaven/ no reincarnarion, etc) even if life sucks, that you are poor, that you struggle just remember that in all these trillions of trillions of possibilities, you have being lucky to be alive and you can feel it, and its not infinite so try your best to enjoy it !
if u want excitement go join isis or do like tyler durden in fight club and blow up some banks.
otherwise stop bitching.
how about you move to new country and start new life. If you're life sucks then try to make a really big change because obviously continuing the way you are is not going to get you anywhere.
MAKE SOME CHALLENGES FOR YOURSELF
LIKE DANCE FORTNITE DANCES 10 HOURS AND STREAM IT
just playing csgo n fifa to keep me sane
Studying industrial design and drinking with my fellow students
life is shit, at least mine
Do anything. If you don't like it, you have found one more thing that you definitely don't want to do. Merely existing does not equal living. You must WANT and CHERISH life, to truly live. That is why you do anything. If you stop doing, you might as well already be dead. Do you want to die? Probably not.
Can't do anything? Well...take care of yourself and your health first. Can't do that either? Hope your caretaker has a good heart.
That's EXACTLY how i felt after 27 years living with ADHD and not having a fucking clue about it.
I got to the point where i couldnt get out of bed anymore, not even to eat. I could only go after food when my hunger got unbearable.
That's how bad the symptom of demotivation ADHD causes can get. At the time i thought maybe could be depression, so i started treating depression, it helped at the beggining but the feeling that something was always missing kept killing me inside. That corrosive boredom, when i couldnt do even the things i use to LOVE to do and engage myself in, because the joy in it diminished gradually to the point i could not bare more than 40 minutes doing it. It only started getting better after i took a time to read about adhd with patience, damn, those informations did hit home!
Yeah i was depressed, but the depression was a consequence of a life with motivation decreasing year after year, and i only got better after treating my adhd.
Treatment solved the problem for me and i wouldnt be alive today if i didnt discover the source of the problem, and thats why i try to open peoples eyes that MAYBE this could be the problem. Read about it, people with this type of disorder never have a clue that they have it, they just think: "i'm this way, thats how i am and thats it", but when they take a time to read about it with a little patience they get shocked how things relate to how they are.
If is not the case, keep searching whats the problem.
Find creativity that can entertain you. Music, painting, coding, game creations, building deeds, bodybuilding after all (without sterioids ofc). Just google "List of creativities" on internet to get something that is yours.
stop being a consumer.
The reason why you are feel down is because you're looking for things to consume.
Instead you should look for things that are productive(read a book, go build muscle, learn to code).
run. i mean it. we are animals, we are not made to so few exercises as in the modern life... i kinda had a lot of bad thoughts like you do, then a doctor told me to run and gym, at first it looke really dumb, like how the hell would it help me with the thoughs in my head...
well, it did... we need some seratonine and enforphines to think straight and you can only have it by phisical exercises.... try running 30 minutes a day... after a week you will start to feel motivated... the first 7 days are really hard, like it is even more boring an sucks, then it gets better...
Playing video games watching old 90s films reading my esv study bible
Sometimes I wish I was in the John Dillinger era. Vehicles were up and coming + customization was a new thought to an engine, architecture was grand, and people actually had class.
set some difficult goals in your life and try to achieve them
Your struggles define your life. But only the things you love because you will be willing to struggle for it and you will find meaning and reward in them. For example getting a PHD is hard and prestigious but if you don't like it and only do it for money, you will just complain about the hard work and in the end it won't make you happier.
For me I was very depressed until I found skateboarding. It gave me an identity almost. It is insanely difficult and I gave up a lot of times but always got back to it. I get hurt a lot, bleed, and it's hard when it's cold outside, but I'm always happy because i see myself progressing. I hope you find something like this for yourself.
If you have some money to spare get into lifting, do it according to the most experimented lifters advices (Nutrition, form, rest/sleep) You will notice couldn't-have-believe-it-yourself-if-you-didn't-see-it-for-yourself progresses/results in 3 months (If done properly).
I went from skinny-fat to a low BF % to an adapted BMI with visible muscles and above-average weight-lifting performance in a year, was really proud of myself I felt like all the doors would open for me because I was putting some of mine (mind and body) into the world. Also if you live in a small town consider moving to a bigger city, generally much more open minded when it comes to people willing to put in the working hours to succeed well in life.
