EPL Final Qualifications
United States HEUGO1
INTZ qualified for EPL8 Finals while having a worse record than eUnited who finished below them in the standings. There's also a reddit post which I posted to spread awareness of this major flaw in the tournament.

You get less points for winning on OT :p

Yeah, but if you ultimately win more games than the next team, you should qualify above them. Round difference is the tie breaker though the more important statistic is game wins.

Yes but i think it's fair that you should have some advantage over someone if you beat them in regulation Vs in overtime

+1 and its on the organizer (ESL) who decides, what is the tiebraker. Rules were set before it started and rules are same for everyone. Example: In football UEFA uses game between each others as a tiebraker and FIFA goal difference.

I understand that you should have an advantage over people you beat, but a league should be run in relation to the entire league more so than head-to-head matchups. For instance, INTZ might have beaten eUnited during the season, but theoretically, it could have just been an upset. Sure, UEFA and FIFA work this way, but there are countless leagues (all successful) who don't use this feature.

They have the same amount of points, the one with least rounds conceded qualifies. Literally how it has always worked lel

intz have better round difference than eUnited and won in head to head. (1 regulation win for intz and a overtime loss)
