GuardiaN 1.12 1 4(1) 1.15 Twistzz 1.13 1 2 1.15 suNny 1.13 0 4 1.15 so guardian and twistzz are above suNny because they have an mvp and the same score?

i mean he still managed to get a 1.09 rating overall at big events(top30 filter) but that seems a little bit unreal for sure if you remember his performances this year.
2018-11-18 16:49
yeah!!!😎

really good list, if not much changes in the next events than it will actually look pretty much like this ty for posting

if you count exitvice's blast pro istanbul mvp and not s1mple's asia championships mvp then you are biased af

i thought about excluding blast tournaments but all the other teams played somewhere else at the same time at a big event so it would be a little bit unfair. i hate dev1ce as much as you man, s1mple #1

I also developed the mvp evp additions considering dev1ce could win two more mvps. this would not be enough to surpass s1mple(if rating diff doesn't change)

kennyasS was major mvp in 2015 yet he was only top 6 that year, whereas GuardiaN was top 2 without a single major win/mvp. Same for coldzera in 2017.

the list is pretty good but i think you should have more than 40 matches because 2018 was a lan frenzy. also big events is alright but i think you should add all lans. some lans were close to t1 with team attendance. woxic was a beast on lan this year but he shouldnt have enough maps to be on the list. also ou should add more emphasis on major wins(c9) also some players like niko have skewed raatings. he is fine now but for most of the first hal he destroyed people on group stages but fell of huge during playoffs and grand finals whereas twistz electronic etc were always up to certain standards. i want the all lans in discussion because there is like 2 blasts that are considered big events. whereas i think summit 2 was a bigger event(qualifiers more teams more legit concept) also flamie is too low, i know he didnt have a stellar year like s1mple or electronic but he still was above average and won events. event wins are a huge emphasis for hltv rating thats why people who werent top players made the list before above people with insane stats(2016 niko).

Event wins are represented by evps most of the time, i think that is enough and oops, flamie actually got the top20 spot with the help of his 2 major evps, it just fucked it up the conclusion then is noone with less than ~75 big event maps is in the top20. Sure you could argue about including smaller LANs like summit or v4 or whatever, the problem is i can't filter for that without taking all lan ratings into account. HLTV did it actually like you said for the first half of the year: twitter.com/Tgwri1s/status/1013435406329.. I left the blast events in because there were corresponding t1 tournaments at the same time, so every team had the same chance to get mvp/evp points. With flamie replacing woxic i think it's pretty accurate. From a subjective pov i see cold a little bit lower and maybe rain replaced by someone else but noone really comes to my mind. What could be an alternative is getting the rating from LAN not big events with a decent ranking filter like top 20 but i really don't know who isn't in this top20 list and really deserves it. hltv.org/stats/players?startDate=2018-01.. Lan stats with top 20 filter ethan is close before woxic and tabseN is top4 actually, exactly the reverse order like place 21-23 in my list

sorry but what? where was thwistzz first half of the year? you cant be serious to even try to compare niko with twistzz here... niko will bea easily 3rd(1 bad play off overall at starseries wont change that) while twistzz will be 9th at very best...he wont be even the highest ranked player from liquid
2018-11-18 18:26
Elige wont be higher than twistzz
