wtf are u talking about? i5-8600k easily outperforms 7 2700x in CS ur so fucking retarded dude, u sound like classic ryzen fanboy who cant accept that today's games prefer your single core performance lmao
in two years it will be obsolete and wont run new games
when u buy a gaming pc it needs to be good for more than 5+ years
bought mine in 2012, spent like 1000€ 6 years ago and it is still good with overclocking
unlocked i5 200-250 euro, 200 euro gpu, for example 1060 3gb or rx570, 8gb ram 100 euro, dont skimp on mobo and psu, buy good brands, 100-150 mobo and again 100-150 for gold/plat rated psu with good warranty
Yeah I used to think the same. All of my PC's has had a GPU that cost around 200e until I bought my latest PC.
I hadn't been paying attention to the development of new technology and had to ask for advice and the people who were in the know told me to buy at least 970 or 980 over the 960 I was looking at even though the price difference was huge (250e vs 400e). I bought the 970 and realized that the 960 would've been a disaster if I wanted my system to be even somewhat futureproof.
i bought it in february 2015
my bad, my memory is not that great lmao
anyway it still performs good with the overclocks on cpu and gpu, played far cry 5 on ultra and i had 60 fps for example
benchmark wise the 970 oc is very similiar to 980 performances in games, thats what i meant
1) overpriced RAM and shit SSD
2) if u want 570, better buy 8gb version(and not overpriced, but with cood cooling system)
3) why the fuck u ask questions about PC's on cs go forum, go to some hardware forum, this site is full of retards(like me)
I think the price is a little high. But if you cant build it on your own then this price is probably fair i guess. The GPU is very good despite what these retards are saying. However i do recommend more then 8gb of ram now a days and Ryzen does benefit from faster ram so go for like a 3000-3200 16gb ram kit.
I've been told Intel is better for gaming cause of the clock speed, but I guess that's up to the individual person. And second, what games do you play, cause it's better to get a 500 GB SSD than 1TB HDD you probably won't use half the space of.
