To be fair, he took over in groups when the team was down 0-2 and brought it to 3-2. Does he have an ego? Probably yes, though he can back it up. What FaZe needs more than anything is consistency. With their loose style of playing, an individual player having a bad day and thus being easily tilted (not just NiKo) disrupts the functionality and the cohesion of the entire team, but when all of them have a good day, they DESTROY (yes, in capitals). Case in point, beating Astralis 2-0, losing 2-0 to heroic (cant remember the exact tournaments. Also, heroic isn't a bad team, but they shouldn't be able to beat a team like FaZe). In a structured team like Astralis, such variables don't cause a disturbance on the same scale. They matter, of course, but not nearly as much.
