when you play try to stick to basics, don't expose yourself too much, use sound, don't spray too much, get to cover, retreat if you're overwhelmed, learn to judge good fights and bad fights, avoid bad fights

I would just do a 360 everytime if i use that sens and i need to drag it down for the spray control on my sens. I am very comfortable in long range contacts but sometimes i need to flick very hard if my enemy is close
After 5 years I'm still a wrist player with low sens. It's all about choosing a position where you don't have to make insane flicks

Trust me man trying so hard can make sometimes even worse. Try considering little break (like 1 or 2 weeks). BTW it took 3100 hours me to get Global so I suck too but nowadays I just play for fun. If you wanna go pro u have to train daily but also have breaks. GL

Me to but when i got a racing chair the deal is that im tall and i have 90° angle desk and desk has alot of shelfs so its rare for me to be confortable

In that case I'd advice not to change settings or body position too often. Just play with what you're most comfortable with. I got to supreme with a cheap pc, office-style chair, mouse, keyboard, mouse pad and a 60hz monitor. Trying to play consistent is the key

Watch coldzera demos. It's the best example for you to learn about movement, how to position yourself or crosshair placement etc.
