if you get mad with premades try to talk with them about the things you are unsatisfied with after the game (most likely bad communication). if things don't improve over time stop playing with them.
if you get angry over you own failures try to analyze your games and focus on improving the thing you think you suck at the most instead of simply grinding games because repeating the same mistakes over and over without trying to fix them will once again send you into a downward spiral of self pity / hatred.

I used to be a big rager, I bought different stuff from China that I can hit or throw. I kept shouting tho, but when I met my girlfriend and she noticed what a toxic d"ck I am when shouting toxic shit in-game she got really mad and told me to stfu.
dont get emotionally invested into the game, try to be rational. it can be a great feeling to win when you are invested in the game, but raging makes you lose focus and therfore the game. if people tilt you, just mute them, dont bother trying to fix other peoples behaviour. Just think about yourself and what the best steps to take are, use your brain capacity for the game not for your emotions. its a habit, like most things in life are, its a process to get rid of habbits, you can try to use similar techniques that are described for stopping smoking/drinking/Rage control in real life and apply them.
