Well .. iv started going into the gym when i was 15. I am 28 now and I can recommand to do others sports for the healthiness of your body. What I do is - Boxing (once a week), Crossfit (once a week), Swimming (once a week), Running (twice a week) Its better for your tendons and your joints. greetings

stopped reading at "author: brandon campbell" seriously, throw this routine out.. many "bad" exercises like skullcrushers (bad for joints itself) but putting it on a chest day.. holy fok then u have leg/back same day.. manageable, but I would never go two of 3 Kings (bench, squat, dead) on the same day.. Instead focus on heavy legs and lighter back if same day and vice versa calf exercises - pick any.. Yeeeah, that's just straight up bullshit.. you need one standing calf and one seated (knee needs an angle of 90 degrees in order to stimulate soleus (2nd muscle in calves)) Don't do front squats if you are not flexible enough to maintain a good posture/technique. No core training. Not needed I guess, but a good core is essential for squats/deadlifts, military..

It's okay, but do you think you can keep up with the weight on day 2? Doing 3-5 reps of squats and deadlifts means you gotta do it with your maximal weight, that's what powerlifters do. And since this is a split, it exhausts you pretty quick; i mean it's not for newbies, you gotta be really ready for this kind of splits. I'd recommend you to spare your legs and either swap deadlift with another exercise or remove it completely; you also need some core exercises for the deadlift, abs help you a lot of with a technique. It might be better to do powerlifting when you've already developed a strong core.
