gf is far from the solution. work on yourself thats all. it will be hard but when you acquire discipline and see results you will start to feel better about yourself (and maybe even get that gf)

Já tive 2 attaques de pânico na qual meu coração disparou e fui preenchido por um medo absoluto, mas faz 2 ou 3 anos, e acho que superei isso aí, acho também que possa ser ansiedade porém me pergunto o porque, eu gosto de conversar com pessoas, é mais a parte de aproximação que fode tudo, valeu. Already had 2 panic attacks as far as I can remember, which my heart beats sky rockets and I get filled with an absolute feeling of fear, but that was 2 or 3 years ago, I think I overcame it, I also think it could be anxiety but I wonder why, I don't hate people, I like to talk, the main issue is aproximation, and it fucks up a lot, thanks.

You can try other things too, i like to meditate, it helps me overall on my routine. Try breathing techniques before a situation where you can go anxious. When talking to someone, be yourself in a natural way and dont be ashamed or fearful of what he/she will think. I know its hard, but try to exercise this.

If you have social anxiety issues and you can't fix it yourself seek therapy. Otherwise you are simply delaying your success. Everything else will come naturally. By the way, going to the gym, is literally the biggest confidence booster that exists. You will look better, you'll be more disciplined and you'll feel better because of eating a better diet, slightly higher testosterone and so forth. It's quite the magic pill, yet people don't use it for their advantage.
