It is up to when Cloud9 introduce Zellsis as a stand in. If it is before roster lock which is Jan 1, then Zellsis will play in the major. As I remember, Zellsis was introduced as stand in before the roster lock. Therefore, Zellsis will be replacing Golden for the major.

Apparently Zellsis is not confirmed for Cloud9's IEM Katowice 2019 Roster It's an oddity but they might try and get Golden in playing IEM Katowice 2019. This is to Liquipedia's knowledge yet as apparently it isn't confirmed even though it kind of is.
