Go on a website called PCPARTPICKER its a huge help. If you want an AMD setup you can get the equvilent of a 1080 for around that pricepoint called the Vega

I would wait for a few months to buy a new pc. amd and nvidia gonna release cheaper, better gpu’s. Also older gpu’s prices will drop probably. So, wait a little maybe.

dude 2nd hand gpus are already cheap af in my country.. I can get gtx 1070 for 240-250e Bought an 1060 3gb last year for 150e when all gpus were expensive af :D

I don’t think you should get any psu. I would suggest getting an 80+ gold certified one since if you get a cheap one and it fucks up it could fuck up all the parts with it

i think any is fine from all the well known brands like evga, corsair, or SeaSonic but I just look at the one that are modular. And the gold or bronze thing doesn't matter you really don't save any electricity if you take a gold over a bronze
