Mouz situation

I am very concerned and confused about this team. What is the problem? Why are they so inconsistent and choke all the time? Is there a possible and likely fix? When and why don't they kick oskar?
2019-01-16 17:38
Because Oskar is one of the difference makers/carry guys

yes, but they would benefit a lot more if they kicked him and got a more consistent player and make chrisJ main AWP
2019-01-16 17:42
I can't argue, but it would be very hard for Chris to main AWP and call at the same time

true, but they could trial suNny as igl, like he was in ENCE, and if it works out good or better than Chris then they could then execute the roster changes.
2019-01-16 17:47
I wouldn't like to see Sunny waste his talent, I really enjoy watching Entry-fraggers and it would be sad if he lost his aim because of that. Didn't know he was IGL in ENCE
2019-01-16 17:48
Sunny doesnt like to speak a lot so why would u make him the igl ?

how do you know this?
2019-01-16 18:02
Styko said it in interview that when he gets killed he calls what others like sunny and ropz see because they dont talk to much or something like that.

I do remember this, I cant get a link because i forgot where it is from, but I backup what he says. This was the main difference between Snax and Styko, he did a lot of calling for his team.

I can confirm this.
2019-01-16 18:23
hi oskar, get consistent.
2019-01-17 10:12
You’re running off a lot of ifs. Mouz is top 10 team. No need to change

I think chrisJ is a bit overrated because of how inconsistent he is, but that could be because he is IGLing at the same time. If that is true, then who would take the IGL role without destroying their own play?

If being an igl was holding back his individual skill then keep him and either take a risk and make suNny igl or kick oskar for a good (highly strategic) IGL. If chris is just very overrated then kick him and oskar and bring in a good IGL and a good AWPer (maybe OttoND)

so you mean -oskar +karrigan that can help a lot if thats your point

-oskar +igl is one option (if chrisJ will perform as a good 1st AWPer) -chris -orkar +AWPer +igl is the other option
2019-01-16 18:09
No player or coach to hype them up. If they lose a couple of rounds they all become toxic and their coach just sits behind them on a chair doing nothing. Compare LMBT to zonic for example.

Ehm and? 30 bomb ok, still no major. He can't igl a "top team", I think he is the biggest problem tbh.

did you forget how good mousesports were at the begging of the team, the big problem was them waisting a year on that snax transfer
2019-01-17 20:48
They are the same team right now. Something is not working, and seems like they play a different game each player. They need a good leader and good igl.

I honestly don't think they have the right components together to play well. They just play one puggy style, are weak tactically and in mid rounds so they rely on aim duels to win maps which is dying out as a style of play (also they are too inconsistent with aim). Solution imo would be something like: Karrigan (IGL) ChrisJ (Entry fragger/Secondary Awper) Ropz (Rifler/Lurker) Styko (Support) NaToSaphiX or Mou? (Awper)

true, 3 of the players where all PUG/fpl stars at a time (they must've got too used too that style of play). They rely to much on their aim and individual skill and not enough on their strategies.

I think Karrigan is much more capable at IGLing than what he showed with Faze. Obviously playing with Faze means playing with some massive egos who resist practicing as a team and playing tactically.

what is this utter bullshit that i am reading A they have great aimers and can do some great stuff together B they are quite strong in map pool and IMO you need to be great tactically to have a great map pool so i dont like this answer of your's

yea but i dont think the players are the problem it could be the coach or just they didn't study their opponents enough OR just had a bad day

+1 I think they need a coach with better analytical view and good mind for strategies. Maybe not the best example but look what threat did to NiP while he was with them.

hltv.org/stats/teams/maps/4494/mousespor.. Last 6 months vs Top 10 teams. Best maps are dust and cache which they played only 9 times. The rest of the map pool where they've played 42 times they have won under 50%. Inferno 20% out of 10 times and Mirage (their best map) 40% out 15 times. What map pool?

IMO They should kick Oskar (I know.. he's a good player, but so inconsistent and it seems he has no motivation at all - I dunno) -Oskar (CrysJ main awp) +Karrygan (new IGL)

Yes, kick oskar. But I would be a bad choice to bring in Karrigan since FaZe and mouz have a similar play style and Karriagn was a bad igl for them in 2018.
2019-01-16 18:05
Well when you see chris 30bomb topfrags, oskar puts some numbers, styko plays average and then you have ropz underperforming and sunny hard bottom. The thing i don't understand why they don't have mental coach yet. That could certainly help them not to choke like this.

they are individually trash.
2019-01-16 19:23
How does a #5 team lost to Valiance.... Like what happened to Mouz?
2019-01-16 19:39
Mouz should never have been in top 10 after London
2019-01-16 19:45
I look left and see #4...
2019-01-16 22:29
Unless they make a serious comeback today, there’s no way they’ll be in the top of 10 come Monday. #4 should be reserved for teams that don’t lose to tier 3.
2019-01-17 10:07
because their best players are young
2019-01-17 10:08
They are good on multiple maps but not the best in any map so they keep losing BO1 games

Mirage is one of their best maps. they just get antisttrated has Vitality get on Inferno. Has you seen Valiance won on Vitality pick but couldn't do shit on D2 even if it was the draw pick.
2019-01-17 10:57
Sorry but miragesports is not their thing nowdays mouz best maps are train and nuke but they get banned instantly in bo1

you can literally say exactly the same thing about navi :D just replace oskar with edward and flamie
2019-01-17 11:03
they just have to get back to the level they were at before styke left
2019-01-17 11:04
''When and why don't they kick oskar?'' Is this a joke? Did you only watch this minor and no other game of mousesports and made your judgement from that?
2019-01-18 14:30
ranked 4 and lost minor sounds rhyme
2019-01-18 14:30
Well, I would try to make a serious argument with proper facts, but you said that kicking Oskar is good option, so I will just say “0/8”
