If I were you I would spent the extra 30$ to upgrade the 1060 3gb to 1060 6gb. Especially when playing newer high graphic games it will make a huge difference.

low budgets usually buys 1050ti and ryzen 1400 or 1600 +SSD rn are cheap af 20 eur for 120 GB SSD 3 years ago same ssd costed 60-90. But for SSD it depends what u do on pc and in some cases internet speed if u wanna browsing or loading map in fast in some games/brwsr

5/10 i hope the power supply was on sale because you do not need 650 watts, also no ssd? 8gb of slowish ram, and non-k 8700? interesting. gpu should be good for csgo, good luck with any AAA titles. Overall i think if you told us how much you spent we could tell you if it was worth your money

So... u bought a i7-8700 (not k :/) with... GTX 1060 3gb.... (not even 6gb dude wtf) and only 8gb of ram... so u pay something like 1200$ (in my country) i7-8700 costs 500 bucks... u have AMD Ryzen RAM (it's better with an AMD processor)... u have a mini videocard ?????? and a fucking weird cooler ? I just wanna tell u 450W is enough... u should buy an amd ryzen 5, better ram, better videocard (6gb 1060 at least)

Yes that's enough I looked on a French site (topachat) and there is a tool to create a PC and u can choose only the things who are able to work in the PC and for the video card, I only saw the mini card (1 cooler on the card) and the minimum for power block was 400W and if ur PC asks a lot of energy it's at least 750W power block

If u play anything else than CS you should get an i5 or r5 2600 with a better GPU (rtx 2060 would be pretty good). Also please get an ssd, it makes a bigger difference than u think
