I have Beats Studio 2 (I know its shit) and the bass quality doesn't satisfy me... What "top-quality bass" headphones do you recommend getting?

if you want the best bass, dont get bass boosted headsets, get one with a really flat frequency response and then you can EQ it exactly the way you like. that does mean paying top dollar for a quality headset, beyer dynamic, sennheiser, for example. and not the cheapest model either, you need one with a lot of power too

By bass "quality" do you mean the amount of bass or sub bass extention or low distortion?

There are some bass boosted songs that everyone says are good but when I listen to the song I hear some shitty bass, not a very clean bass...

thats because you have a beats headset

Sounds like high distortion. I think you would like DT770 or if money is not a problem TH X00. If you are on a tight budget Creative Aurvana Live! is also a good option

The best choice is to hear it yourself. Have a try and choose from several ones at nearest audio/electronic store. They also have different fit, look and price. And I guess you need not a huge amount of bass itself, but rather a good dynamic of sound. In this respect I can tell a word in favor of Monster DNA On-Ear, but they demand a nice source capable to work with low-impedance cans.
