Just had a random thought... why do pros copy each others names or use something thats almost the same? Daps - Dapr FNX - FNS (Or 3 letter names in general, TRK etc AdreN - adreN Steel(Aus) - Steel (Canada) - Steel (Can-Bulg) - Steel (Brazil) Twist - Twistzz - Twista (1.6 / CS GO / Coach) ScreaM (Belg) - ScreaM (Swe 1.6) Dennis (Swe) - Denis (Ger) Draken (Swe) - Draken (Swe 1.6) Rain - Rain (Fe CS) NiKo - niko (Den) - niko (Swe 1.6) Fox (Port) - Fox (Rus) - Deadfox (Hungary) GuardiaN (Slov) - GuardiaN (Finland) Hen1 (Br) - Lucas1 (Br) - felippe1 (Br) Frozen (China 1.6) - Frozen (Slovakia) NpK (Belg) - RpK (Fr) It cant be that hard to create a name yourself lol.

No it isnt? Just because you are twins you dont have to have a "1" or whatever letter/word in your name like your brother lol.
2019-01-22 19:27
they have the same kind of name because that resembles the similarities they have otherwise

I am not a pro am i? I am just a random pleb on the internet just like you. I am talking about "Famous" players in a game. Dont you think their is atleast 10+ people with the name "Oskarsports" on the internet? And like 1000000 with "Sports" lol. Btw, how the fuck are you comparing my name with Lucas1 & Hen1 & felippe1? lol
2019-01-22 19:29
they didn't knew about each other cuz they mostly made their nicknames when they were young or use their name/full name as nick and it's just a fortuity that they have simmlar nicknames xd

Hello meistr0 from Sweden, I have made a guide on this (Pro player nickname meanings and backgrounds), you can check it out if you want :) steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetai.. You've written lots of names wrongly, it's mostly capitalization: daps, dapr, fnx, trk, every steel, twist, dennis, denis, draken, draken, rain, rain, fox (PT), DeadFox, HEN1, LUCAS1, frozen (SK)

I have written them with a big letter because thats how you type names. I dont give a f if i type a letter like this "D" or "d", still the same.

I don't give a fxck if you don't care, I posted a link to my guide and as a bonus I told you the correct capitalization of nicknames. BTW: Yes it is how you spell names, but it is not how you spell nicknames.

No, denis and dennis is not a name unless you were actually referring to his name, which you weren't, because all the other players you used nicknames. I can use the same argument, if you didn't care about typing nicknames correctly, why did you reply to me saying that you don't care? And the guide was not to teach you how to type nicknames, it was to answer your question, "why do pros copy each others names or use something thats almost the same?" But I guess you didn't catch that point.

??????? You know that Denis name = Denis right? Same with Dennis = Dennis. You typed Dennis & Denis name like this "dennis, denis", which is wrong since its their real names aka Dennis & Denis.

I'm pretty sure that pros don't check if the name has already been taken, so some of them use the most common ones, such as rain, twist, scream, etc. No one would name himself ceiling, right?
