I'm currently on my last year of school and I've started seeking for opportunities for my further education. I found out that higher education is free for foreigners in Greece. If there are any people from this beautiful country, I'd really appreciate if you gave me more information in this topic.

No, it's not. But as far as I know, any person of non-greek origin is eligible.
I love hearing it from a Belgian. It might be the same thing for you, but not for me, In my idiotic country there are 140+ universities, but only 2 of them can grant you a degree, which is eligible in any country of the world. And these are the two most expensive ones. Paying 1k$ annually when it's like 40% of my familiy's income is rather depressing.
Well I was talking about the EU and considering Greece is a part of it and you wanna study there it doesn't matter what education it is since you get the same degree in Greece that you would get in Belgium or Germany
now which of the 3 universities in those countries is harder is incredibly stupid to look at since as a student you should be looking for the easiest way to pass your shit since you won't know anything first day of the job anyway, the degree is the end goal.

I am not looking for the hardest one. And by the way, I understand what you meant. But still, education is not free in Belgium. But it is in Greece. Maybe I don't know something. Please tell me if Belgium gives such an opportunity as well.
Going by Ukraine translated to us thats 36 dollars for top uni, by annually do you mean semester or year or something different (idk if you do trimester etc in Ukraine) but be glad that it’s not us, we do make more it seems but our colleges cost like 50k a year (correct me if I’m wrong honestly want to know mor about college in their countries)

i would say that pretty much all countries has the same quality of education. maybe not the same opportunities, living conditions or prices as other countries. But all in all the same quality of education. It doesn't really matter how well you do in school. Your dedication and parental influence matters the most.
