Just keep calm, try to find something to do. You can play cs, go outside.. It works for me
first focus on your breath. If It is an attack cuz of traumatized it can help to sway your eyes left and right very fast. Is a proven method against traumatized mental issues. You can google it.
In long term go to a doctor for this kind of problems. It needs a lot of work if it is more a permanent issue.

Doc gave me medicine to reduce anxiety if there is panic attack. I dont take it anymore. Besides I think the mental part of taking a 'pill' helped more to relax than the drug it self. But yea... what I would do is just go to the shower turn on water and chill there like IRL asmr or something. Also don't look at digital stuff Phone or PC

panic attack is important and more dangerious than you think. first of all see a doctor, the doc will give you some drugs most likely.
if you cant find anything just use a bag to breath inside. when you breath in a paper bag, it helps you to control your breath as far as I know.
