burnt socket means power surges which means you need to buy a UPS, uninterruptable power supply, to buffer for the power supply of your monitor. your PC has a power supply that should be adequately able to regulate voltage but you might as well put that on the UPS as well if you get one.
these things can cost like 1000-2500 euros for a small model so its probably cheaper to just move away from kazachstan to a country that has reliable power supply.
