Anyone can be pro
Sweden Katalog
In reality, pros are not the gods we think. Thye are average global elite at best. If you have good game sense and almost global, you can easily fit in in a good like Astralis or any other top team

>Pros >Global pick one

Pros are global at best, so I pick both

I know. Astralis required a bit more than just Globals but the point is correct. Some 'pro' players would be even lower than just Globals.

"If you have good game sense and almost global" With being only almost global, you even have a hard time at faceit Level 8 lmao

the only difference between pro players and the "other FPL-C\rank G" players (not globals because most of them are dogshit - and im one of them) is the knowledge and cooperative teamplay in a team. aimwise, most players are the same, except the gods (s1mple, ropz and other hyper skilled players or most likely to be called "talented") the other day i saw a match of few NA FPL players (Laski, s0m, no_one) going in normal pug on faceit (level 10's with around 3K elo)...the difference was immense... skill wise and brain wise... nothing to compare... you cannot compare pro's and "normal globals"

If you ask me, the best way to find new talents would be that Valve offers a small fee (symbolic 100-200€ monthly) towards top skilled players (people who reach Global Elite) as a motivation to seek professional teams and develop as a player, concidering Globals have the needed aim and skill to be pro but still no experience and teamplay.

I assume Global Elite MM is around FPL-C level based on pure skill of the players, doubt it's like FPL where you have actual pros.

m8 fpl-c has many actual pros and also most of the future s1mples brollans and naf's of the world also no global is like facet lvl 3-4 i've met lvl 2's who can 30 bomb in global every game, thats why people say you play faceit AFTER you reach global, because everyone in faceit can aim, even if they are braindead, globals are nothing, except for the actual top 1% of globals who literally cannot go higher, and therefore could be lvl 8, 9 in faceit also faceit lvl 10 is also easy af for that matter just aim pracc 1 hour every day for 2 weeks and you're good enough to be lvl 10 the problem is when it comes to mental and actual knowledge

The difference between Astralis and your average Global is everything, anyone can be great at aiming, not everyone has the level of communication, in-game knowledge, and ability to execute that knowledge that Astralis does. Can anyone become pro? With enough work, definitely. I'm gonna be at the IEM Sydney Open Qualifiers with my team, it's free and easy to get into but I'm not gonna pretend we're Astralis when we beat another tier 99 team in a BO1.
