the scope already gives you lower fov.
only way to fix is make the AK and M4 more accurate or make the AUG and SG random as fuck with spray
if a small price change completely changes the meta, then price changes cant balance these weapons with ak and m4
For the sg, I think the recoil unscoped be switched with scoped so that its hard to spray when scoped and u can only tap and spraying unscoped is more reliable
they should not nerf it much, they should make it more skill-based somehow. right now its just too easy to get 1-taps.
Just remove the scopes and make the aug more expensive and you're good imo.
remove the scope, i don't care.
+1 or just get the money back to 3300$
there are 2 options imo, lower scope times and\or up the cost
They should improve first bullet accu or m4 headshot instant kill, it makes no sense to nerf aug or sg since any nerf would surely kick the out of meta
Balancing these weapons is really tough. I think we can all agree that we want them to be choices in pro matches, but we also want them to be relatively equal to M4/AK.
It's very hard to balance them and I think Valve will have to use trial and error metod.
90% of people whining about the AUG/SG:
"Waaaaaah! I'm an AWP noob. I paid to have an aim duel advantage over more skilled players who can headshot me with a rifle, but now they can reduce that advantage with a scope".
Why nerf it when still only a few players use it
Sg-553 is not good already
Why would you nerf it it isnt op otherwise everyone would be using it. Atm its good enough for the first time in a long time theres actually variety in the weapons people use at high level of play
i totally agree. u give +$50 dolar and get a better gun with a scope is just bullshit. Nerf it or increase the money
it's ok. No one using SG, but everyone using AUG. AUG is good only for position, where m4 is useless.
For example, you can pick chair from short with AUG on mirage. Also, it's good if someone pushing you from short, cuz AUG oneshoting close
just put old price back or close to it, many people will still use it when the economy is good
