I liked them, they were a nice team, but to bring karrigan instead of chrisj. You actually have to be braindead to think that karringan is better igl than chrisj. I hope faze signs chrisj asap. Bye mousesports i like you no more, i hope you suck in the future too. Well actually you will suck with karrigan and with one no name german pleb. You will not be missed in the future majors anymore anyways. And mousesports ceo piss off you braindead tree with your 1iq roster moves...

My guess would be that mouz are on the look out for players such as Krimz, valde, Kjaerbye, hunter, nexa, poizon. Not really sure about the igl and coach role though, karrigan coach would make sense, igl wouldnt since chrisj > karrigan

Well yeah okay I missed that one, adding hunter and valde then would have massive potential, just not sure about who should be taking the IGL role

huNter and valde would be a huge signing, thered be sooo much firepower in mouz, but igl isn't there, maybe oskar i could see though, he's the most experienced

Karrigan + cromen to mouz? Doesnt sound bad tbh. Karrigan is a WAY better igl over chrisJ except on the fragging department.
2019-02-04 20:17
Cromen isn’t tier 1 level, tbh. He’s kinda of overrated because of his time at FaZe. And Mouz were lacking of firepower and composture, tbf
2019-02-04 22:30
Overrated? You have to be kidding right, he had a chance to show his worth in FaZe and he delivered more than once. How is he overrated exactly if you don't mind me asking?
2019-02-05 00:23
where was his skill before faze? LOL
2019-02-05 00:28
Good question, doesn't matter though, he delivered when he got to play in the big league, didn't he?
2019-02-05 00:39
he was already in the big league... dignitas, heroic etc

So? It came out in faze apparently. I think he can learn alot more but he has what it takes.
2019-02-05 09:32
So you rate him based on his performances in faze? He did his job, but he wasn't outstanding, what makes you think he is a top player? How many games did he play on faze? How did he perform in other teams?
2019-02-05 00:31
Yes I based it on his performance in Faze, because your latter question answers how much I know about him; Nothing. So to come out of the blue and performing quite well, making many believe he would be a good replacement for Olof even, as quite an accarute ways to measure it, yes. He played multiple tournaments on Faze, didn't he? I'm not positive on that though, but coming out of the blue as a nobody, something you agree with, is quite phenomenal, no? I also never stated he is a top player, I'm saying he is very sufficient and certainly based on his performance in Faze worthy of a better team than whatever he's playing for now.
2019-02-05 00:39
Faze was a good working team back then and they gave him freedom in his play style. As I said, he did his job, but he wasn't outstanding. He didn't show enough to proof he is capable of playing in a Top10 team as mouz is right now. He should get his chance in a top30 team and perform consistantly good over 3-6 month to proof he is good enough for a Top10 team.
2019-02-05 00:45
He wasn't outstanding? Wasn't he pretty much the 2nd in line for that MVP of the tournament though...? I remember there being quite a fair bit of discussion going on around that topic when it had happened, and people were making -olof+cromen statements all over the place... So, again, I would like to have an answer to my initial question that started this whole discussion in the first place; overrated how? :S Edit: Ahh alright, I see, I wouldn't know about his consistency in the long-term, as again, I don't even know anything of him apart from what he showed coming out of the blue playing out of his mind in Faze.
2019-02-05 00:51
You just said why he is overrated. People were making - olof +cromen statements after one good tournament and they still see cromen as a Top10 team player while he never showed consistant performances.
2019-02-05 00:53
Well I'm just not sure about that, since he proved his quality very well in the short time he did play for a T1 team, playing against other T1 teams... His consistency in that regard hasn't been tested, though it should be equally if not better in way worse teams. I think he could be a great addition to a Top10 team if he can reignite whatever did it for him in Faze.
2019-02-05 00:56
To answer the question about his participation in events he played 2 events for FaZe and it was: ESL Cologne with a 1.03 rating. Out in semi. hltv.org/stats/teams/players/6667/FaZe?s.. ESL Belo Horizonte with a 1.18 rating. Winners hltv.org/stats/teams/players/6667/FaZe?s..

Obviously yes. Mouz is a step lower than faze + afaik he should be free to pick up? Why not give him a chance. What other player would fit?
2019-02-05 09:39
cromen is actually pretty good, ofc not tier 1 but he can develop into it
2019-02-05 11:21
Karrigan is so similar to chrisJ, he does not solve the problems.

Because? Karrigan proved he is able to manage star players from different nationalities. Mouz is on a lower step than faze is atm. I think it could work.
2019-02-05 09:38
Both teams are amazingly puggy and play on their individuals. Neither team or igl are good tactically and mouz needs to be better tactically. Karrigan cannot fix this.

How is karrigan not tactical? That he gives his stars alot of space and goes for a loose playstyle doesn’t mean there are no tactics/gameplan behind what they do. Look at how linear faze plays since karrigan is gone.
2019-02-05 10:39
"he gives his stars alot of space and goes for a loose " That is called playing puggy, and thats is the opposite of tactical. Faze was criticised for being tactically poor. Thats why they dropped him.

How is that not a tactic? He bases his playstyle off of the type of players he has. Less structure doesnt mean there isnt any prep or thinking involved.
2019-02-05 13:15
Because tactics are about adding value on top of individual skill and ability. This is adding no value. Faze and mouz get beaten tactically more than any other tier 1 teams.

So you claim faze under karrigan had 0 tactics? Dude stop being stupid. Obviously there are team with more tactical depht than faze had. Yet that doesnt mean karrigan can’t produce more tactics into a team which could make more use of it.
2019-02-05 15:17
Karrigans lack of tactics is why he fails at every team hes in.

How did he fail with both itterations of faze? He won them a good amount of trophies. In the end the tank was empty. Happens in every fucking team. After the major throw their chemistry took a big hit
2019-02-05 18:54
Because for the players he had, he did not win close to as much as he should.

Thats true, down to what? Chokes from several players on key moment, which has nothing to do with him. Also astralis getting godlike got in their way. Trust me he is also to blame for it. But not entirely. People karrigan a shit IGL have no clue.
2019-02-05 19:12
Hes never proven to be a good igl.
2019-02-05 19:41

Oscar should have been removed. Chris has always been there and not the worst player. Everyone is saying Karrigan but look at when he was with envy. It's been horrible and down right unwinnable. Styko will and well deserve his spot back on HR. Chris will not play with Niko. I understand if they could sit down and work it out, the could win a lot of games before he walks away to a coach role.
2019-02-04 22:25
Wy do people think karrigan is a good IGL ?
2019-02-04 22:28
they didnt watch him choke. When niko was not hard carying and igl actually needed to call strats faze choked.

you know people are just saying Karrigan is going to mouz, mouz havent leaked anything, like at all, theres been no signs. any igl could join
2019-02-05 14:00
It isnt always "better" or "worse". Sometimes an igl just cant work things out that work for the team anymore (like karrigan in faze for example)
