20 in the morning and 20 in the evening is plenty for even the laziest, most unmotivated people. But sure, 100 will get you good results, obviously.

growing muscles
2019-02-06 20:39
I guess they will grow. You won't see much of a change in your body most likely since you're training one muscle group constantly. All in all; it's a bad and ineffective way of gaining muscles.

Can you give me some exercises to do in home? like what to do every day or just 3 days per week to get the results?
2019-02-06 20:42

"Do you think is it good?" no, you need to give your body a day of rest to repair muscle which is how they get bigger "what will be the results" google it and you will find a billion before and after pics

how to get posture problems
2019-02-06 20:41
Why? (I'm not very well informed on things like this)
2019-02-06 20:42
if you train chest, you also need tor train back in order to avoid posture problems
2019-02-06 20:42
ahh, makes sense
2019-02-06 20:46
yes you are right, i also forgot never use air conditioner, this will help fix posture problem
2019-02-06 20:42
lmao what does air conditioner have to do with posture problems, the main problem is you also need to train back.

I tell you the real results, do this for a couple of months and you have serious posture problems and a hunchback. Pushups only workout your chest and triceps and shoulders (pushing muscles) which will strengthen and pull your shoulders together, forming a hunch. You need to counter balance it and workout your back also. Do pullups and squats too. Also dips>pushups

No, its not. You will get a bit of results at the beginning
2019-02-06 20:41
Your muscles need to rest if you want them to grow. It's a retarded idea.
2019-02-06 20:44
Just get a barbell, dumbbells, a bench and some weights and you can do full body works at home which will give you desired results in no time.

Best advice - EAT A LOT ! 70% is the food u eat and 30% is work out in gym. MAny ppl, Think like thiss Ooooh i need to train 5 days a week, BUT u dont get big if u dont eat well! Every 1.5 hour u need food, when u sleep u need to wake up to eat. Commitment and passion = results

100 push-ups is more like Cardio, if your target is to gain some muscle and leaning, it’s great. If you want mass the amount of effort can be utilized better.
