I tell you the real results, do this for a couple of months and you have serious posture problems and a hunchback. Pushups only workout your chest and triceps and shoulders (pushing muscles) which will strengthen and pull your shoulders together, forming a hunch. You need to counter balance it and workout your back also. Do pullups and squats too. Also dips>pushups
