oh, alright so there are few things you should take care of in order not to fuck up your joints in a matter of weeks make sure you have good shoes learn how to run correctly, i mean foot placing etc. learn how to breathe plan ahead of where you're going to run time your runs warm up before and stretch after go running

important is what to eat and drink before running. I suggest eating caesar salad, an apple and drink about 0.5 l of water. Then don't eat and drink for at least 40 minutes and then go run. The ceasar salad will give some energy and as the apple will amplify it because it has natural sugar and basically increases your hyperactivity. And the water is just for not dehydrating. You can maybe drink another glass of water right before running if you get thirsty in those 40 minutes. After the run drink some vitamin water that helps you rehydrate better or just a yoghurt, whatever. And after running don't sit. Walk around until you are not tired. Hope it helps.

doing this will lessen you to stop in the middle of the run. AKA. to give up. But never give up. ;)

When I first started running I couldn't go longer than 200-300 metres without being sick (smoking 10-15 a day for over 10 years). Stay committed day after day. You will notice huge improvement within a week or two.
2019-02-10 22:18
I stopped smoking years ago but its the same for me now. How did you improve?
2019-02-10 22:20
You should start slow, just to make your joints used to it and widen your veins. By saying slow i mean short distance and without sprint, you can walk as much as you want. Get also a running app to track your improvement, i can suggest runtastic. that is it here you go.

Run on distance that is fairly easy for you and increase overtime + you can march when your stamina will be low

don't start running right away. Start with jogging
2019-02-10 22:29
the best part of running starts after u died. run as much as u can and die or puke all out and then let ur body shutdown and let ur instinct take over and this will be the best feeling u will ever have. Boris Becker tennis player before training he ran up a hill until he puked and then he was ready for training cuz his mind was fully aware of the moment. can read that in his biography the player.

Start by mixing running/walking. When you can run for 30 minutes straight three times a week you can start with intervals. Run at a pace for 4x2min with 90s rest. Next week 4x3min at the same pace. The week after 4x4min at same pace. Then you start over at 4x2min but with higher pace. If you run three times a week, make it one interval, one longer run and one at average pace. With this you'll see insane improvements really fast and soon run 10k below 40 mins :-).

i prefer HIIT running.

You run then die, after die run again the die once more. Do this for 1hr at time. Eventually you can run longer and not die

running is boring , buy a bike
2019-02-11 11:49
Go out and move ur leks
2019-02-11 11:51
just go slowly at first, slow tempo and try to run for longer always. you will get there
2019-02-11 11:57
if you are fat you are better off starting with strength training. Your joints are not well equipped to deal with your weight. So slowly build some strength and muscle, loose some weight and then you can begin to run

+1 find a place where u can run and start running in a speed where u think u can run the whole distance. If it is to easy run faster next time. If u cant finish the whole distance try it again until u achive it. I had a bad stamina too but i started with a 3 km distance and on the third time i could run the whole distnace. so just try it
