I only got 2½ hours sleep last night...i feel braindead atm.
I recommend you to listen some chill songs like water or forest sounds and close eyes. You will feel relaxed and after some time you will fall asleep

Drink lots of liters of liquids,lemonade with a tiny bit of sugar,water with some sugar in it,not much sugar just a little bit.
50% soda 50% water for example.
Continue drinking liquids even if not thirsty,just drink.
Used that trick in the army couple of times,worked every time.
Some caffeine also helps combined with drinking lots and lots of water,add some sugar every now and then.
I like to think of the time i was falling sleep. Whether it be a boring teacher or being at work. I think about smoko where every now and then i sit and nap for 30 minutes. Good times.
dont be on hltv. blue light from screens makes you not wanna sleep.
since you already broke that rule, listen to some white noise stuff at low volume it helps. just dont make it a habit or you'll never be able to sleep without white noise again.

Close your eyes and sit or lie down in a relaxed position. Now do this. Breathe in through your nose for 6 seconds. Let your chest expand and shit. Hold it in for about 5 seconds. Now slowly (not in a rush) let it out through your mouth for about 8 seconds. Make sure the entire process is very smooth. Do this for at least 5-7 min. You'll feel very tired if not sleepy.
