If you want to lose only fat, and not weight, you should do long walks (1.5-2h everyday ifyou have the time) so you don't lose muscle while dieting. Otherwise, yeah, you're fine with your plan.

Your diet should consist of 2g protein per kg bodyweight, 1g fat per kg bodyweight and then fill out the remaining calories with carbs. You might also have to cut down on protein or fat to get more carbs if you feel really sluggish/tired as carbs is your main source of energy.
