So astralis shouldn't be allowed to use it but basically every other pro who uses it can? Nice logic there body. It needs to be removed if it shouldn't be used. Otherwise some will always use it to get an advantage since that's what pro cs is about. Finding the advantage you can have against your opponents.
EDIT: Just FYI, I was talking of the red dot in general. Not the bind since there is no evidence saying that astralis use it and others don't.
