Then maybe they should have put more attention to their radars? It's like saying that NiP players where abusing smokes when they put time into Cobble the first time it appeared in a major, just because nobody else knew how to throw them.
If they were using the nvidia settings, then you would be right because is something external to the game that's giving an advantage. Same could be said for bhop scripts or jumpthrow scripts, you're getting an advantage that wouldn't be possible without using them.
But yeah, I think them using this is fair if it's something that valve hasn't patched for a long time. Same goes for olof boost, I think it's fair that they used it, it was too overpowered of a boost, but I think it was fair because it's something that both teams could have done and be prepared for if they researched the map well enough.
