WE WON In partnership with Facebook Gaming, we are proud to announce the expansion of our partnership to bring coverage of all global ESL esports competitions non-exclusively to the Facebook platform. said Leo Olebe, Global Director, Games Partnerships, Facebook. “Providing ESL fans a way to watch esports on multiple platforms is something we know the community cares about, and that's a big reason why all 2019 content will broadcast anywhere ESL chooses to stream

it didnt makes sense to me fb started to Stream ESL cause some countries Twitch wouldnt load or just buffer , YouTube would have been perfect but the ad apocalypse made ESL decide to sign contract with FB it was all about money , but i hope now its about the Fans

ESL streams = unwatchable on mobile unless you go to the direct page. This is useless trash; stick with YouTube and Twitch because they can actually redirect properly, what a joke.

yeah fb platform is the worst . instagram has a better livestreaming platform , would rather watch on snapchat than fb

Idk what their move was here. Didn't they realize that one shit tourney they hosted with ONLY FB streams, no one could watch them on mobile from the HLTV redirects? So basically no one could watch any of the earlier matches on mobile until later. Basically, a no show tourney. Idk why they would sign with Facebook out of anything. They're fucking horrible people.

I never understood what's the problem with it... sure it's worse than twitch, but it was always watchable for me
