So I want to OC core clock to +230. Aleady tested and temps are stable with no crashes. Now what do I do. I set voltage and powerlimit/max temp to max for testing purposes what do I do with those settings now for daily use at my desired core oc Also is oc'ing memory gonna do.any thing for playing games ?

Which gpu? The overclocking method is different for different generations from nvidia. The newest (gpu boost 2.0 >) already overclock themselves as far as the power and temp limit allows. There's a redundant amount of extra pstates programmed into the vbios, so the offset you set will just offset the frequency of every pstate by the amount you put there. The advertised "boost clock" is just in typical cooling conditions. It will boost higher at stock with better cooling. Also, for some generations you need to flash a modded vbios to unlock more voltage.

Just set the temperature target to what you are comfortable with. The founders' edition cards run at 80c at stock, so around 85c would be safe imo.

You can't set a unsafe voltage without a bios mod. E: Actually with Pascal cards you can't set a unsafe voltage without a hardware mod, it can't be modified even in vbios.
