You understand that without steroids the human potential is very limited? It's hard to maintain a low body fat percentage, while constantly becoming stronger. Sure, beginners can put on something like 10 - 15 kg of muscle over their first few years, but advanced natural lifters pretty much have no choice other than using steroids, or accepting the ceiling.
