You are looking very fit and strong my friend, but if you wish to improve more I suggest you focus on your latissimus dorsi (lats). This will help to broaden your back and achieve a more athletic shape. Combine this with regular deltoid workouts to round out the caps of your shoulders and you will look like a super-hero before you know it. Good luck Mr Switzerland
I'm not sure what you do currently, but when I was trying to build bigger delts I found that the most effective exercise was a behind the head barbel press with a very wide grip on the bar. That and eating 15,000kJ per day.
but atm 1500 kcal (started 4 days ago and I've been eating same things everyday now)
Breakfast: 4 eggs blended with 2 tablespoons of Sriracha (they take 50% of the plate) + 50% of the plate vegetables
Dinner: 120g rice + 150g chiken + vegetables (550 kcal)
Supper: 0% fat natural yoghurt + 2/3 kiwis (can be replaced with other low calories fruit)
edit: U can add 2 tablespoons of xylitol to the yoghurt
Good luck! By the way, how long have you been dieting for? I have been thinking about getting on a temporary diet to complement the workout and shed some fat, but I just don't think I can do it... I just love booze and food too much.
