My reaction time is 320ms thats like 100ms slower then average (20yo btw) Also i do a lot of aim botz and my record is 100kills for 80 seconds what is pretty bad as well Is there any way to improve this? And still im level 10 1.2kd with 75hz and 130 fps, and im winning the most of the duels thats really weird to me considering my reaction time

There is not really a solid way to improve reaction times other than lots and lots of practice to improve your specific in game reaction time like you've probably already have. Just play, if you win you win... Unfortunately reaction time is mostly genetic.

I remember friberg saying in a reddit AMA a few years ago that his reaction time was 285ms on humanbenchmark, which is pretty awful and yet he still manages to be a professional CS player. I'd maybe look at a few things to do with optimizing your system/setup, but beyond that I'd say you could largely ignore it. I just tested mine and I got 204ms average. I'm happy that I'm still below the average, but when I was 19 (a few years ago now) I would regularly get about 180-185ms without difficulty. Somewhat depressing. The ravages of age will come for you all!

Unless you're over 30, I doubt it was age that worsened your reaction time. Besides, it's only 20ms difference. You could make up the difference by being more focused, drinking some caffeine etc.

I'm 25. Maybe you're correct - it's probably largely because I play a lot less now too. Nice flair btw! :D

That's most likely the case. I had the opposite happen to me, improved my focus and started playing more, allowed me to go from 200 - 220 ms reaction time to around 180 - 190 ms on average. It's mostly genetic, but it can definitely be improved.

reaction time test doesnt matter tbh 144hz 200 ms here and there are better players with worse reaction time im 17 btw #11

Reaction time is a hard one to improve. I know the workshop map 'training_aim_csgo2' allows you to train your reactions, but that's about it. As long as you strengthen your aim, crosshair placement and movement, being a tenth of a second slower than your opponent will be irrelevant.
2019-02-15 12:20
I have 190ms.
2019-02-15 19:03
220, but imo if u are playing, full focused it should be much more better i did 143 for one time as i tried to be focused like in the game, 144hz

Work out! especially strength training will improve your reaction speed.

Just got 197 after trying 2x5 times. Had an average of about 200. Could be improved relatively fast i feel like. i'm 29
