Why orgs stay in EU

The next EU minor is gonna be a stacked one. Why do orgs insist on staying in europe? Can they not move their company to somewhere else (CIS, Oceania, NA etc)? It's like the company headquarters is in somewhere else, but they hire high-skilled EU players and let them live in EU (gaming house etc should remain in EU). With this method, they have a higher probability to make it to the majors which means more sponsorship deals, increased brand value; more profits overall. Is it forbidden or sumn??? /discuss

maybe because it is unfair?

Morally, one can argue that it is unfair. However, it is not fair thay grayhound attends to the major while mouz does not. The only thing that caused is the meaningless regional system.

best players who don't want to move na or some shit xddd
2019-02-15 19:14
The company, org and paperwork etc will be in other regions, but players will live in EU. They only travel to attend regional minors etc.

I guess it would be possible indeed, IDK tho how would they look team regarding invites etc. cuz if they just live eu they might only get invite to eu minor qualifier xdd
2019-02-15 19:16
The invitations should be based on where the org is operating imo, not where the players live in.
2019-02-15 19:20
Well in past at least optic lineup with allu, magisk etc. played eu minor even if it is clearly NA org, they even played NA pro league travelling there for games I think...
2019-02-15 19:21
that is realy stupid..... the invitations should be based on where the org is HAHAHAHAHAHAHAh how old are u 15 ?
2019-02-15 19:51

2019-02-15 19:53

The past doesn't matter when determining major spots sorry.

NA rekt epic style with facts 😎
2019-02-15 19:52
I forgot, trying to reason with anyone from Sweden is hopeless
2019-02-15 19:53
Qualifiers depend of players nationality, not were they are living and even less where your HQ is. For instance, Renegades are part of Oceania qualifier, not USA and fnatic are part of Sweden tournaments, not UK's.
2019-02-15 19:25
do they consider players nationality while making the decision?
2019-02-15 19:44
A team of esport is a support for bands to make ads, I'm not quite certain these brands are really interested by advertising to fans coming from third worlds.
2019-02-15 19:46
AU, NA third world????????? I was dont know this details
2019-02-15 19:48
NA is already full of competitors, AU is such a little market, I don't see let's say Logitech pay as much a team supported by aussies than a team supported by EU.
2019-02-15 20:29
Cant you just be happy the system isnt abused?
2019-02-15 19:28
No, Borat, I cannot.
2019-02-15 21:03
But then you would have to find good na players

Thats one of the thing that EU people always overlook when comparing NA and EU cs. Eu people are able to be more independent but they have more orgs there while in USA because of the way society works here in this day and age, its hard to be independent at a younger age and people need jobs and theres not enough orgs in NA even though we 100% have some great talent here that with the right tools can be used.
