you dont know that, he could be a super smart guy
2019-02-16 12:37
Not even that. Even if you apply for a semester abroad with excellent grades and nail the entry exams it will be hard for you caue you didnt take A-levels in britain. I applied with an abitur of 1.3 (German abitur is way harder than british A-levels btw) but still didnt even get invited to take the entry exams. Even if you are Einstein, have excellent grades, a prestigous university in your CV, and internships in good companies they will decline you most likely. They use semester abroads for minority percentages so most likely indians/south americans or other people of colour will get accepted over white europeans

Even if he is, he still wont get accepted... You need to be perfect

I got accepted, doing engineering in cambridge. It was a tough process but in the end pick a town or city university for living standards not just the quality of education in the uni. Cambridge is a lovely town to be in, but its basically as expensive as london price wise.

So? It's London, the literal home of crime in England for centuries. Poverty causes crime, not a population of migrants, dumbarse.
2019-02-16 13:17
then why do poor blacks cause more crime than poor whites or poor east asians?

Because of a simple thing called wealth distribution. When the Jamaicans migrated here in the 60's they were housed in some of the most impoverished areas of London. As a result of the rampant racism of the time, most white tenants relocated, or drove out their new ethnic neighbours. Over time the black community grew and so did the poverty rate along with it. This scenario is also exampled in the 80's with the rise of Indians migrating, and in the 2000's with the rise of Pakistani, Afghanistani and Kosovon migrants. Simply put, impoverished people, inserted into impoverished areas, systemically causes poverty. As a side-note, this is also exampled in areas of the US too, with areas like LA and Compton during the 60's.

why the UK its terrible here
2019-02-16 12:48
Brighton /closed
2019-02-16 12:58
I live in Brighton :D
2019-02-16 16:52
Birmingham, it has a bad reputation, but the uni is great and located in a safe place, amazing town center, lots of sport and public transport, is in the middle of the UK so can travel anywhere quickly - is cheap to live, 2nd largest urban park in Europe, home to the Balti Curry, digbeth raves, more canals than venice. Its like London, but cheaper, friendlier, safer.
2019-02-16 13:06
>Birmingham >safe Pick one Safer than London- damn, Its not a big achievement isnt it? Baghdad might be safer
2019-02-16 13:30
Well ive lived there for 21 years and never felt in danger, its the 2nd biggest by population in the UK, so obviously there is crime, if you want a good university then you will have to live in a big population city, where crime will be higher.
2019-02-16 13:36
Cardiff is quite lovely city

honestly it depends what subject youre going to study so id google something like "uk best university to study x" and then itll probably give you some comparison websites for grades and student satisfaction and all that, then id google the top 3 or 4 and see which one you like best personally so take a look at the accomodation and price of living and the night life and such. hope this helps :)
