pickems ANALysis

here is a comprehensive list of my own opinion on each team in the legends stage. 10/10 = guaranteed qual 0/10 = grayhound Astralis - no comment. will qualify. 10/10 Liquid - same as above. 9.5/10 Na'vi - will most likely qualify, don't believe all that shit on social media. even astralis lost to north a couple of weeks before the major. na'vi is still a top 3 team. However, if you have your doubts, you can always just switch them out. 8/10 in MY opinion, but they rely on s1mple and elec to win. i would honestly say 4/10 if neither of them are on point this tournament. Try picking a more reliable team, this part about navi assumes that they are playing like they usually do asides from that gg.bet tournament. NRG - showing good results, although they don't really have that much experience on big LAN, which is why they will likely qualify (instead of a guaranteed qualification). 8.5/10 or 7/10 if they chokerino MIBR - fer is deaf, but now they can communicate in brazilian like they used to. could they win a major? highly doubtful. but could they get into groups, yeah. 8/10 FaZe - not much to say. these games aren't semifinals so Niko won't choke. 8/10 so that's 6 teams so far. the last choice you could pick between Renegades - pretty solid result based on the new challenger stage, a straight 3-0. However, they struggled against NiP on mirage and ENCE, who had their 2nd star player and backbone of the team Aerial playing very low. This would be a tentative pick at a rating of 6/10. BIG - solid team with the addition of xantares who can actually perform on LAN. be wary of nex though, he is EXTREMELY inconsistent and will bottom frag 60% of the time or do really damn well. depending on how nex is performing, 5/10 to 7.5/10. AVANGAR - good team, struggled against tyloo, furia and g2 but qualified nonetheless. i would say they aren't very experienced (but have good potential!). this is a risky one at 5/10, but they could pull off some CIS magic. G2 - i personally dislike this team, although they have shown some massive improvement ever since their loss to Bravado out of all the teams. however, their map pool is quite shallow in my opinion, 4/10. Hellraisers - lost to optic and big in the IEM sydney qualifier which they should have been trying real hard to get into, major or not. deadfox existing is an issue, and woxic needs to compensate for it. 4/10. Vitality - team that highly relies on one person's performance (sound familiar?). risky, 3/10. they get this score because everyone else on the team just isn't that spectacular. they beat vici, greyhound and vega to get in... not that great. alright, let's talk about 0-3. Complexity - pretty shitty... their key to success was yay and android last major, which they have since gotten rid of for n0thing and rickeh. rickeh is your somewhat average awper with temperamental issues, and n0thing is pretty ok. stanislaw sucks at fragging, shahzam is washed out, and dephh is somewhat ok. Nip - honourable mention, these guys have no teamplay going on. forest saved the living shit out of the team in all the games they've played and they can't trade properly, and keep fucking losing to ecos holy shit so, nip v complexity. who would lose? probably complexity lul anyways i typed this out because i'm bored as shit. do let me know how retarded I am in the comments

I wouldn't read if it was anyone else but cus you are cool i read men 😎😎😎👍 Personally i think G2 will have a higher chance of qualifying than some, at least 6/10 considering a much more solid performance today (allbeit vici, vici beat fnatic) if they consolidate their teamplay they stand a chance. Their win condition is similar to na'vi after all with kennyS having to perform in order to play best and navi need s1mple - he is just more consistent. If g2 pull together i see a chance. BUG - Would argue BIG fluked last major, dont see a half shuffled team with an onliner beating out a more experienced team such as G2 but given home crowd i can see reason for otherwise. ASTRALIS not a solid 3-0 but will make it through. Where is ENCE ? Faze will potentially choke, dont feel so hopeful for them over someone like ence

left out some teams i thought would be irrelevant for pickems. this wasn't exactly a comprehensive list, i just wanted to type shit because i was bored

2019-02-18 03:21
alpha vegan i respect that
2019-02-18 03:28
yeh name change was due. also you forgot ence in your post, how do you rate them?
2019-02-18 03:30
i didnt mention ence or c9 because i assumed they wouldn't make it ence relies heavily on aerial to do decently well to get nice results. they're pretty unpredictable, i'd give them the same chance as avangar or renegades (another h2h and i think ence will win) 6.5/10 if aerial is doing alright because the team itself isnt bad, 7/10 if aerial is poppin off c9? i dunno lol
2019-02-18 03:32
NiP doesnt look that bad, their teamplay is something they really need to work on but they can go further
