1.5 > 1.6 > CSGO > CROSSFIRE > ZULA > CS:SOURCE

can't play CSGO
it's shit, but it's the best shit we got
1.6 > csgo > trash > cs:source
played 4 years cs1.6 . 2 years css . 4years csgo
most fun : css
most competetive : csgo
most skill : cs1.6
the only time i really liked playing cs was cs 1.6 and source
i dont actually 'like' to play csgo but I play it anyways... just to improve I guess and I've been playing the series for so long too so it feels like I can't give up on it. Lately I've been focusing on improving general FPS skills though so I'm trying to play different FPS games to become a FPS god. Different games give different skillset and I've noticed my overall cs skill gets better because of this.
Example, OW is heavily focused on tracking. R6 focuses on peeks like cs but more punishing (next big esport title? i are think)
No srry i played console before csgo
Honestly I probably played more Source then CSGO and 1.6 combined. It was just my time where I was able to game heavily.
In terms of competitiveness I think Source actually made some good improvements on 1.6. CSGO essentially perfected the formula. All the games are good stand alone and as a series of re-makes of sorts.
