I've been working out 6 times a week in the last month Now i'm SLIGHTLY injured Should i workout or wait until i'm completely recovered?

It's better to continue to work out if the pain isn't unbearable. Just don't lift too much and you will be fine. It matters of course what kind of injury you have. When I get for example a pain in my shoulder after working out my mom who's a doctor always tells me to go easy on it but still continue to work out.

Just do it like ever1 skip leg day. Jk are ur knees hurting? Bc my nees are hurting while squatting but i can do all other leg exercises tyr to avoid heawy lifting + try exercises with less pain

No way man NEVER SKIP LEG DAY But yeah i will at least try to do much lighter exercises, if it hurts i'll wait until I’m fully recovered

YOU SHOULD STOP. As a beginner, you shouldn't skip the 3 Times Full Body workout. Your body is still too weak as well as your fibers. You will tear them up and you will make long-term injuries. Go to a doctor, and a therapist before you go back to gym.

Every research out there states that exercise is good for mental health, also lifting improves your looks and thus improves your confidence. Maybe you were one of those who came to gym and did a bro split with half reps and barely ate so you didn't have any results at all. Not everyone is like you

Yeah i read about it that’s why i train 6 days a week (it was everyday before) Plus i focus in a different area everyday The only thing that i train all of the 6 day is abs So... how many days should i leave to rest hltv friend?

I suggest you stop and wait for recover. the connector part between my right arm and shoulder was injured and i didn't stop so now i can't lift my right arm to the sky properly. the damage is forever.
