try to work out the parts of ur body that aint injured
It's better to continue to work out if the pain isn't unbearable. Just don't lift too much and you will be fine. It matters of course what kind of injury you have. When I get for example a pain in my shoulder after working out my mom who's a doctor always tells me to go easy on it but still continue to work out.

YOU SHOULD STOP.
As a beginner, you shouldn't skip the 3 Times Full Body workout. Your body is still too weak as well as your fibers. You will tear them up and you will make long-term injuries.
Go to a doctor, and a therapist before you go back to gym.

I used to workout but I jyst stopped 1 yr ago, I don't feel any worse and if you think lifting weight at a gym will bring you happiness then glhf
first get recovered and workout maybe 3 times a week, 6 is a lot

the connector part between my right arm and shoulder was injured and i didn't stop so now i can't lift my right arm to the sky properly.
