I dont know, but from what i see in this major, it feels like apEX is the weakling of vitality, not by numbers, but such veteran doing such a stupid mistakes.. Yesterday against Navi Now against cloud9 No hate, but he is so inconsistant ;O

I believe Kioshima would be a better pickup, just then rpk would need to take over the entry role
2019-02-21 15:30
I feel like they should add kioshima and remove Alex. They need more firepower

replace what with Alex?
2019-02-21 15:33
Kioshima, they would gain a lot of consistency which is something they need. I feel like Alex is a wild card

welp maybe, but i believe alex will develope, same with ZyWoO, when they get more experience, but apEX already have tons of experience, but he now lacks firepower which kioshima has. i still stay with my original opinion Kioshima would be better than apEX
2019-02-21 15:35
I mean I can see why you have the opinion u have but I still think he's really good. I know stats doesn't mean anything but he's the best player interms of stats at this event

donut is right but his english is bad. apEX left G2 because he prefers NBK igl compared to shox igl.

he played in envyus with nbk as a igl and it was probably the worst envyus in history, so I don't think he wanted to make NBK igl again

He means that he got kicked because they always criticised shox for his stupid decisions and therefore apEX and NBK wanted him to step down as an IGL and give the role over to NBK.

them why did they form that g2 lineup with mixwell? body apex and nbk wanted shox to step down. kenny was neutral about it. after that lineup fail. shox got what we wanted with smithzz and ex6. tldr. apex was never kicked because of mistakes.

behind everything that seems to be a mistake from apex (in your eyes) there's a 500 iq play

apEX was the driving force of Vitality’s comeback against Na’Vi in regulation, from 8-14 to 15-15, ZywOo only came alive after that. apEX is a very valuable player to have. While he does occasionally make pushes that negatively impact the round, that is also why he is such a good player, because more often than not the pushes work out in his favour because he’s so unpredictably aggressive. He kinda reminds me of fer in 2017.
2019-02-21 15:53
But sometimes they’re brainless aggressions or mistakes that lose them the round. That happened a lot yesterday vs Na’Vi

I’m not saying apex has nothing to improve on as a player, he could for sure be better at gauging when to actually make those risky pushes, which is admittedly a hard thing to do, but I believe he can manage it, especially with NBK and XTQZZZ helping him. It would be idiocy to remove him though, he gives way more than he takes from the rounds he plays with vitality

numbers show nothing... just look at few matches, he threw it vs navi.. sure he had good numbers, but he did stupid mistakes, like going hero mode alone, dying , and that costed them the game

thats very true
2019-02-21 15:45
I can see what you mean, but that's his playstyle and it's also what makes him good. Sure, sometimes you'd wish he didn't do some mistakes which would be easily avoidable, but the amount of impact he has on this team when his plays work is irreplacable in my opinion. If I'd replace anyone on Vitality (not saying they actually should), it'd probably be ALEX. Don't get me wrong, he's a decent player, but I feel like kioShiMa has everything ALEX has and more.

+1 For every mistake he makes, he will make a highlight play later on. It just depends on when and where he made the mistake.

Your words has alot of truth in them also, but i feel such a veteran can easily avoid theese mistakes.
2019-02-21 15:46
I think it's just his style, as he does very unpredictable plays that often open up rounds fir vitality. Of course it can go wrong and look stupid, but that's part of it
