no brother, i actually tried to tell you that what you are served is not real kebab. by "real kebab" i meant, they give you doner but call it kebab (it is called kebab but in reality it is doner). doner and kebab are two different foods, they are prepared different, made different, taste different etc. i think it is my weak english that made you misunderstood.
and yes of course you dont have to eat it on a plate with rice, tomatoes etc. you can eat it with bread, dough or without them. i personally like doner in bread with tomatoes, cucumber and hot pepper pickles, and with some ketchup.
in the video at #170 it shows how a kebab should look like. if what you eat in Eur doesnt look like it, it is doner no kebab
