DAY 1 / 14 Feeling hungry as f... but at the same time I feel very light :D Soon I'll just get some sleep to get over that hunger. Hopefully DAY 2 will be better :l btw. decided to post my thought daily coz it could help me staying strong :P

tbh I've tried cutting down calories but I often go out on weekends and my effort is worthless... but this time I'll do the fasting and then keep a keto diet going :D

all this keto diet, watermelon diet, water diet is horrible for your body when you will stop doing this diet's u will gain back all shit twice more. just reduce calories and be healthy

That's why when you're about to stop doing keto you need to add 20g of carbs every 10 days so your body won't get em extra 200g a day immediately

I practice water fasting 1 day per week mostly at Sundays when I want to lose bodyfat i just eat 40-50g of carbs and 40-50g of fats, I felt great and was always in mood and i used to laugh of those ppl who walks like zombies in cutting days ;D

The water fast lasts a total of 24 to 72 hours. You should not water fast for longer than this without medical supervision because of health risks.

Yo it's okay to water fast for 14 days, it obviously isn't recommended without medical supervision, but if ur healthy and have no health issues then there's no problem. If after 72 hours you feel dizzy then you should stop, if after these 72 hours ur still all right then you will be able of doing the 14 days. And btw since it's been a long time i don't water fast, i will join you in the 14 days of fasting ;)

Yeah :D To be fair, I actually started my fasting last week but then I realised I have 3 parties in a row (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) so I decided to postpone it to next Monday xD But what's weird is that I feel hungrier than a week ago :P Oh and from what I've heard and read people tend not to feel hunger after 48-72 hours so there is a chance we'll finish the challange if we succeed the first 3 days :D

Thanks mate! After those exhausting 14 days I'll jump on keto diet :P I was on keto back in High school but after that there were too many goods in UK I couldn't resist so I gained fat xD I wish I had time for gym but since I study and "work" I don't really have much time left :/ Hopefully the diet will be enough:D

I've done water fast for 4 days and 18 hours. Let me tell you. It's the dumbest thing you'll ever do. Cut it while it's too late because you can end up in the hospital. Just go to the fucking gym. Eat healthy -protein rich foods with enough greens. That's it. No fasts, no stupid diets, no nothing. Every diet and fast is basically the same thing. It puts you in a caloric deficit and that's why you lose body fat. However that's a bad way of losing body fat.

You will feel exhausted, depressed and you won't be able to move after 2-3 days btw. Cut the bullshit, start eating healthy and train, don't make stupid fucking excuses. Follow @lizokryptonian on Instagram. He's a great no-bullshit online coach. Has great posts on food and lifting/training.
