all depends what dpi you're running too
to me yes.
but it doesnt matter, if you never change and practice a lot, you will get affected only if you use like 1200 dpi 6 sens or something stupid like that LOL
If you have the Astralis game which is kinda boring playstyle but effective you deffo get low sens. but if you have the flashy playstyle/bhopper boi then high sens.
Use the sens perfect for your mousepad
The highest sens you can control is the best sens
i have 5 or 4.2 in game sens with 400 dpi😎 and 1.4 zoom sens😎
go on mirage in mid window and look at top boxes. You should try to flick from the left side to the right side and make your adjustments like that. just take two points a decent distance apart and flick back and fourth, if you go past the points, you need to lower your sens, if you dont get to the points up it. And most importantly it should feel natural.
I use 1.5 400dpi its master race trust me
S1mple top 1, 400dpi 3.09 sens lul
It is easier to be accurate for sure, depends on player though how much it would matter, u kinda get used to sensitivity you have anyway.
No, I use 2 sens and 800 dpi, which is perfect for me
perfect sense = lowest as possible while still being able to do a 180° turn in one flick
actually higher sens = higher skill ceiling
Low sens is shit because it feels like you're doing a real life chore. High sens is real gaming.
Not necessarily. f0rest plays with 3.5 sens on 400 dpi and he's one of the best aimers from more than a decade.
low sense = easier, more consistent, requires less precise movements, lower skill ceiling
high sense = harder, less consistent, requires more precise movements, higher skill ceiling
Higher sense is better for flickshots and entryfragging imo
Low sense is more consistent and easier to control spray (better for a support player)
i have tried both for 1+ year (went from high to low-ish)
in my opinion perfect sens is between 400 dpi 1.6 and 2.4, but its just personal preference, and different gear
I got 1.2 400 even tho i suck at the game, i like the precision
I always played with a low sense, the lowest I had was 0.70, I think, maybe lower.
Current one is 1.23 ;)
depends on how you define low sens and high sens
There are pros who use low sens and pros who use high sens
So sens doesn't matter, what matters is you and your hard work with your sens
We know what pros say
fokin dogshits have low sens they are ususally called either rats or dogs
I use 400 dpi and 1.35 sens
But someone like woxic who uses ridiculously high sens is still good at aiming. Remember, cs isn't quake, aim isn't the most important thing.
Woxic 2430 eDPI
f0rest 1400 eDPI
Oskar 1400 eDPI
EliGe 1240 eDPI
S1mple 1236 eDPI
Sens doesn't matter, I would recommend don't go over 1600 eDPI.
Eventually ure playstyle adapts to ure sens. Otherwise ure not playing the best u can.
Depends on what you're used to, I've always played 2.5 sens 1600 dpi and I am MG2- sorry, I mean global elite 2
anything between 1.7-2.3 is perfect for the majority of players.
I'd recommend putting your DPI to 400, or 800 but halving the sens.
It really doesn't matter what you play on, of course you'll be more innaccurate at higher senses, but if you keep switching back and forth you're going to be innaccurate anyway.
I'd reccommend going for something like 2 or 2.2, and adjusting higher or lower if you feel like it (lowest 1.7, highest 2.5). Ultimately, as long as you find a sensitivity between those two and stick to it, you'll find your sens pretty soon.
I´m using 1,41 and 400 dpi
Its not coincidence that best player in the world uses 3.09 sens
What sens you should be using is different for every player. As long as you feel comfortable and stick to your sens for a longer period of time it doesn't matter. Rule number one is to not change your sens once you've got used to it.
Sens 3.07,m_yaw 0.0180, raw and accel on 400dpi
Its just a magical sens, makes you hit shots you dont believe you can
Low sens = more control of movement but its not equal with more skill/aimwise. All You need to do is practice, practice and one more practice. Only that makes You more skilled.
Low sens is an crutch. Good players can use high sens to hold angles and you get the plus of faster flicks.
800dpi 1.10 ingame sens best sens
400 dpi 0.90 sens i thunk my sens is lowest
anything between 1-3 on 400 DPI
400 dpi 1.95 and accel on.
Yeah i know that accel is pretty bad thing etc, but i can't hit shit on logitech without it.
MP: HyperX fury S
500 DPI, 1.2 sense, 1000hz, no accel. I can aim with wrist with alot of precision, and aim with arm to turn fast, I use Ss Qck mass which is not too big. I lift my hand alot so you really need a good sensor, but I can 180o like that kinda easily, I even play FFA and I can manage myself decently. Nowadays I can swipe my mouse across my mousepad without getting out of it without looking. I came from 450 DPI, 3 sense so believe me, it’s just a matter of getting used to it. Remember, do your best to keep your xhair at head level, where youre looking at and at places where enemies might show up.
What u prefer.
F0rest , S1mple , Woxic , Mutiris high sens .
Flusha ,... low sens but it dont make u better . Just get used to it and u need to be confortable with .
I have 1600 dpi 1 sens i'm lvl 10 i reach 3k elo (now lower ) it wont make u worst or better.
Same with resolution .
3500dpi x 2 in-game sens xd guess my faceit level
i used to play with 1.2 sens 400DPI, it was best for aiming but i wasn't able to turn around in one move, so i changed it to 1.7 but even 1.7 requires kind of big mousepad.
No, dpi and sens is overrated af
Sensitivity really doesn’t matter, as long as you can get used to it there really is no limit.
Niko uses one of the lowest
S1mple uses one of the highest
Depends on what you want.
Hiko and elige also use really high sens
kinda agree i used to play with 850 dpi and 1.2 ig now i am down to 800dpi and 0.75 ig and my aim has gotten much much better
You should make a circle with ak on a wall in custom server.
Place your crosshair inside it and start moving only using A and D and try to maintain the crosshair placement.
The sens at which you feel best, is the sens for you.
Mine is near 1 for 1000 dpi so I use 1 in game sense.
I'm using 2.74 and 400dpi
2500 dpi, 1.6 sens, in the past, i used 2.2, since i lowered my sens, i'm improved a lot.
Use what you feel confortable with.
0.5 and 800 DPI, always bottom fragging and fell off from LEM to LE today
the most skilled player in the world (s1mple) use high sense, so, no
Imo u should try using something around 2.275 400dpi
Its the average sens of all cs go pros
If u feel too fast u decrease it and vice-versa
been using 1.21 (400dpi) for 5 years, recently changed to 1.4 (800dpi) --- feels much much better than it was before
I play at 1500dpi with 0.5 ingame sense.
I always want to turn about 200° when I do one swipe on my mid/large sized pad.
Different sensitivity does give you edges in different situations in the game. There is no such thing as optimal when it comes to it.
I agree, I have never played that well since changing sens to 400dpi and 2.5 sens
high sens = more skill...low sens/dpi for wannabe pros.
no, obviously more kills = more skill
What matters is effective DPI.
eDPI = DPI * sensitivity
I have 400 DPI and 1.8 sens so 720 eDPI.
I use 1.5. Does that make me good? No
gamesense = more skill
low sens = baiter
high sens = entry fragger
It depens what weapon you play i switch between 400dpi 1.8-2.6, usually higher with awp
I use 1 sens, so am I close to their level?
