Gym going HLTV peeps where u at???
Doesn't matter at all, most of them are equally same
Only use protein w/ nutrologysts help. Youll use too much or too less, and its bad for the kidnees
A friend of mine once pissed blood for a month cus his kidnees were fucked up
if u can avoid whey protein its sucks compared to real protons.
its just a waste of money human cells dont even absorb all of this kind of protein.
you don't need that shit, just focus on your eatings and adjust your foods so you will get enough protein. most effective way to lose fat is eat right
take hemp protein if u want good protein, put it in your shakes and gg wp.
whey protein is a scammaaaz
How much you weight? You can have the necessary amount per day of protein from foods most likely, but you can try it tho, it's easy to prepare and can come handy sometimes
As for brands, I don't think they really matter, just get anything isolated
After 4 months of training, at the point you lose fat and gain muscles easily, you dont need whey. All protein you need can be obtained from regular food. learn to eat well first, because you will get in trouble when you'll try to pass a stagnation point.
There is so evidence that i works, But studies show that it doesnt have effect on gaining musclemass compared to controlgroup who isnt taking whey. The only purpose it serves it for companies to make money from you.
Not sure what most of these guys bashing Whey Protein are talking about. It's very high in the amino acid cysteine, which raises levels of the antioxidant glutathione and leads to many health benefits.
It'll help promote muscle growth, but be aware, if you're looking to lose weight, muscle weighs more than fat. As you lose fat and gain muscle, it won't show up as quick on the scales. Just keep working hard at the gym with a solid diet, and you'll see results.
I'd also recommend dropping weight first. Low Carb diets are now proven to rapidly lose weight far more successfully than low fat. Carbs and Sugar mean fat. Low fat means healthy heart, no the difference. Drop breads, sodas, pasta and rice and eat more veggies and meat. Then when you're happy with the weight loss, slowly add carbs back in the form of brown rice and multigrain breads while slowly upping your protein. You want your mass to build on at a healthy level without adding too much fat.
Good luck man.
most of the times the flavour is the only thing that differes from others. most known brands all have shit in them anyways. some expensive ones are high quality and dont have much shit in it.
Like ''Xperrience'' said above, brand doesn't really matter, most protein-powders are extremely similar to eachother, the most notable difference is the taste.
What you should look out for though is ingredients like ''maltodextrin'' and other ''dextrins'' because those are just useless fillers that manufacturers put in the mix to make the bag look more full. They do it because it's cheaper than putting more protein in (which is what you want from a protein-powder obviously). Ingredients like these are usually a sign of a ''bad'' protein-powder.
I would suggest ON Whey isolate.
I really wouldn't use whey if you are already slightly overweight, maybe just a pre workout that is ceratine based to help you train longer, Im a PTI in the British Army so I have experience in this matter! Sorting your diet and having a tailored plan is what you need. If you want to talk about it then I will give you sometime to help you get a plan together!
better buy bcaa or vitamins
whey protein is overrated as fuck
I think casein is better coz it helps in long term but thats my thoughts
Optimun Nutrition has the best isolate whey, its like 24g protein 3g carb on a 30g scoop and since you're cutting wheight, this is prob the best for you. It also has bcaa and glutamine!
These comments are hurting my brain, anyway buy ON whey, you cannot go wrong with the Optimum Nutrition brand but its one of the more expensive ones. Also dont worry about it fucking you up just take the daily dosage listed on the info.
All bullshit. When you start at the GYM maybe something can be useful cuz your body needs out of nothing more. But when you go regular you dont need such shit.
Overall it will not help you when you dont change anything else.
This is an industry with full of lies and bullshit talker. It is like money it only works cuz all stay behind the idea but moneyx at least prvide you something in the end.
eat more eggs and cottage cheese
just buy whatever is cheapest go to any bodybuilder forum and they wil ltell you the same thing
if u have money just buy extra chicken breast a day and skip the protein shakes they only ruin ur skin.
Only buy whey protein isolate if your buying whey. the other stuff has other shit besides straight whey and can have amino acids that dont even impact muscle growth.
Real food is always a better option.
This is coming from someone who went from 125-170 over 3-4 years.
protein is protein. ofc powders with a lot of sugar and additives are going to be worse for you, but at the end of the day you're getting protein and the brand of powder you use wont really affect gains. some brands cut the whey protein with soy protein, which is cheaper but leads to worse gains than whey, so watch out for that.
honestly tho i dont rly like protein shakes because i'd rather just eat something after working out or just drink like a half gallon of chocolate milk lol.
M using on rocky road , just a tip , never buy muscle blaze n never buy frm amazon
You need to track your food first, use an app like Myfitnesspal. Supplements are there to supplement your diet, you only need whey if you struggle to add that 20g of protein.
As for brands I don't think it matters much, just whey isolate from a well-known brand should be okay.
Yeah, I think it's a good environment for learning English.
all whey is the same mate
Dont spend more than ~20$ for 1kg of pure whey (isolate)
the brand doesn't matter at all
1st point) Indian market is full of duplicate whey same situation as other NON WHEY MANUFACTURING countries.
2nd point) Do not buy MUSCLE BLAZE -> Bad absorption so not so good results
3rd point) If u want a 100% guaranteed original quality go for MyProtien as they sell it directly from their site and deliver it directly to ur house
4th point) DIET is more important than SUPPLEMENT note that .
Don’t buy shitty brands like musclepharm or on
Go allmax or scitec
Eat less than 2500 calories a day and you'll lose weight, 2000 calories diet will make you lose 1 pound in a week, as 3500 calories is a pound. Working out will help you develop muscle and retain muscle lost with dieting. Lots of people forget to add weight training so when they lose weight they look much scrawnier than intended.
