Aleksib is a hot bedroom genius. He is most know of his signature tactic "going Frankie, but then going to Girlfriend". He has also a little known tactic "Going to Girlfriend, but then going to Girlfriend from behind" What an absolute legend. Top 3 Alfa 4 sure?

Cache is Ence perma ban. And Astralis don't ban it because they're bad on it.
2019-03-22 11:54
Against Astralis everyones perma ban is Nuke

Ik. And they also got 3 Bans. Just wanted to say that normally Cache is Ence perma ban aswell. So Astralis would have a good chance even on Cache.

Flag checksout. Its time to see if ENCE run was yet another fluke like C9 and Gambit.

if it happens many times its not a fluke... aussie talking about cs checks out
2019-03-21 21:21
I mean.. Renegades may not reach finals , but at least they're consistent , but not showing up once in a life time.
2019-03-21 21:22
yeah when has renegades even got into top2 in any tournament?? at least ence did it in 2 big events already
2019-03-21 21:23
>StarSeries >BIG EVENT Nice try. They did it once , at the major. Starseries is nothing more but T3 event. Everything except the Major is irrelevant as RNG are #1 at Asia minor , #1-2 in most qualifiers - irrelevant. Doesnt matter if you don't meet the best teams. Ence met TL and NaVi once and had some luck , Aleksib said himself he don't even know how they've beaten them both.
2019-03-22 21:20
quals vs starseries with 250k prizepool and with top5 team in it
2019-03-22 22:59
Who's the top5 team ? Mouz ? That sucks last 6 months ?
2019-03-22 23:29
just compare their performances against mibr lol. australia cs sucks you dont have to hate on better cs for that
2019-03-22 23:35

So he went from bad to an average pro player. Which is still false. Hes the best player on a top 20 team. And easily top 50 in the world. That's no where close to bad. Regarding tabsen. Nice try backtracking tho
2019-03-23 01:30
Average = bad. He's not even the best player in BIG, Xantares is better by ages. Something more , nbcry? Have you ever seen fatsen crosshair placement ? Or his movement ? Or the fact he's showing up against garbage dead teams only. Lol

hltv.org/stats/players/compare/5794/tabs.. Before that xantares was facing garbage tier teams on exSS and his stats barely have any weight by your standards. Also you realize tabsen can only face who he plays right? If hes consistently the teams highest performing member not sure how hes not their best. He was in the conversation for top 20 last year. You literally have 0 arguments. His crosshair placement is solid and obviously good enough to be the best player on his team, easily capable of going international. Movement is also amazing, wtf this is starting to get really sad.
2019-03-23 02:18
I mean , if you think tabsen movement and crosshair placement are good , you have to delete this game asap. "He was in the conversation for top20" which conversation ? Between you and some germans online or HLTV? Kek'd

No the makers of the list themselves Since we've reached the halfway point of the Top 20 series, it's time to reveal who ended up on the cusp of the list: twitter.com/Tgwri1s/status/1083460211279.. But since I'm actually capable of being logical my thought process was not much different from theirs.

They just did at the major
2019-03-21 21:23
Gambit = peeking as a team at the right teams. They were a dark horse team and a contender for a few events. Granted them winning the Major was literally luck of the draw with BiG and Astralis choked but they still showed they were a good team. C9 = Top 5 team in the world before the Major and just had peeks at the right time. beat out legitimate competition throughout the playoffs and proved to be a legitimate team but failed to live up to the bar people set. They were actually a fairly likely pick to make it to the finals. ENCE = Similar situation to C9 but were just an average online team but on LAN they were pretty nutty with deep finishes at every LAN they attended with this roster. Them beating Liquid isn't a massive feat as they're still a newer roster and honestly as a Liquid fan I said ENCE could beat them and beating NaVi is hit or miss since they struggled against FaZe so they looked weak but are still a top 3 team. The issues Zeus alluded too with s1mple being overly dismissive about them puts them in question on if they're actually good or not. The only real upset Major win was FNC at the first Major when nobody even put them as a dark horse with their roster and arguably VP but they were like C9 albeit at a higher level since they were (I believe) the #2 in the world as opposed to C9 dancing between 4th and 5th. The Luminosity win every top team was hurt in some fashion excluding NaVi who are just the real legendary chokers as they been in the mot Major finals and lost them all. They rose to the top in a good time but they managed to stay on top which is why I say they did deserve it and the 2nd win cemented that they weren't an upset team.

Totally agree. Also for me Gambits win wasn't like the biggest fluke ever. The only thing i didn't expect was to win against Astralis. So they basically only upset one team for me. Personally they were 50/50 with fnatic and so on. It was just people underestimating them rather them Gambit pulling a big fluke. And lthey also did great at many other events before that. I mean they always made legends since Cologne 2016 till PGL.
2019-03-22 11:58
Every Major winning team excluding FNC in 2013 were a team in contention for some sort of deep run and arguably Luminosity depending on your definition of a deep run (Making past quarters) but even then they were in the conversation as a team that could upset the brackets if they got a good draw. No win was a fluke, just not a likely outcome. I predicted that the C9 roster they won Boston with would win a Major down the road about a month before Boston but I didn't expect them to win it then. I said Gambit had big potential to take out some bigger teams and honestly the jump bug helped them since they got BIG in the Quarters so they had an easier draw (to be fair BIG beat SK clean without the bug) so it was all just how things played out. Only other Major run that could be called a fluke was Immortals since I had them pegged for a a 2-3 exit. I knew they had the potential to make top 8 but I didn't think they'd do it and they ran all the way to the finals but even then they were a good team.

Totally agree. Also with the Immortals thing. I think BIG could've easily closed out Train at PGL but they lost some unlucky rounds and got money fucked. Also Gambit got Fnatic.
2019-03-22 19:54
Sorry I mix up their draws because honestly I could care less about pgl.
