Idk about real life, just try to identify what is stressing you out. Is it a test? If you studied hard and didn't waste any time, you shouldn't stress about it. Just know you prepared as well as you could.
In CS, not stressing just comes with experience and playtime. If you've played thousands of hours, odds are you treat many different situations just like the other tens of thousands of times you have experienced them.
What I do, honestly: stop giving a fuck.
You need to learn this, but it's possible.
your confidence it's like achievment. You have to reach your confidence points (like go to the gym, try to study good, buy good clothes, get a good haircut). In cs you have the same situation: try to play on all 7 maps, explore all guns and how to play with them. When I was noob, I played only mirage and didn't knew all grenades on this map. But when I learn all nades (flashes, smoke, molotovs), saw so much demos on all maps and I understand, how to play on them. And I get less nervous situations, cuz I know, what to do in this situation

Just don't give a fuck on this game, this is only a game, nothing more, man, you win some-you lose some. Refresh your mind, watch cool movie, TV-series, go outside, forget about game, e.t.c, just don't give a fuck on that :)

Playing my guitar is the best stress relief i know of. It's also one of the most brain activating (most areas) activity you can have (playing an instrument). a guy I know call it a sheer firework of brain activity when seen on a brain scanner.
If you can't play any yet, hum. Get the music rolling, create something which you feel is your own.
When you clutch, you need to talk to yourself... say where enemy can be and stuff like that.... It can help sometimes

I had same problem in cs, not on casuals but on official matches. I discovered a nice breathing technique, U have to get 1 deep breath and then slowly let oxygen get out of our lungs. Repeat 2-3 times and u getting calm
