The same happens with me , when i play with my friends I am pretty confident in talking aim duels but when I soloQ my hands start shaking and i become a pussy :) .

i am someone who always has cold hands and has looked hours for an solution. something that works with me is if you get a jug/can/pitcher with a soft cover and fill it up with warm water from your tap or kettle. You put this jug/can/pitcher at your belly or like next to your chair and lay your hands on it and massage it as soon as your death. It will take 2 or 3 rounds but after that your hands will get noticeable warmer and warmer.
the stressed thing is something different tho, if your not a pro which i do not expect there is no reason to stress and its still a game. Maybe try to go for a cold shower right before your game or go and take a walk for about 20 minutes.
a cold shower will ensure that you are fully awake again and it can/will force your body to be alert to more things. this can also help with csgo
