150 max for meh i can do it
190 for me. Never tried 200
Unfortunately i stopped deadlifting months ago, u think i should do it again vros? I do Push Pulls. I just cant deadlift after a heavy squat session. Need advice
Last deadlift pr was only 330 btw
Only bench and biceps curls
im finna try it with a trapbar soon… not comparable but i quit regular deadlifting
max on regular was 160
Im going to the gym for a year, when i started first i had back problems and i didnt do deadlifts, year later after 2 months deadlifting i can hit 170kg 1rm
impressive but nothing crazy, depends on your weight and shit too
Nothing special, 180kg 5x5 and im 48kg btw
My 1 leg is like 2cm shorter than the other, I cannot find the proper balance deadlifting as I cannot keep my spine right, same with squats.
(it's my upper leg so standing on something won't help, because if you bend the leg 45 degrees, it would push my shorter leg to be HIGHER and disbalances me even more).
No deadlifterinos for me :(
Lmao these comments
I do 3t with 22kg and 12 years, ez
Can anybody tell me if knee aches the day after deadlifting are a sign that should worry me or is it likely that it's just casual stiffness
whenever you read someone can do 200kg its really just their fat holding it up. every single time you see a video its just some really fat guy using fat person "strength". these lard asses are going to die at 40 but hey guys i can lift some weights!!
I can around 120, but I never train deadlift
I can only 110kg :( pathetic
My max is probably 150-160 but I hesitate to go harder on as it increases waist size and gives you that meathead look.
Max 270kg but that was when i was young and stronk.
My BOY Eddie Hall first man to deadlift 500kg. What a beast
I have a really bad back so no deadlifts for me :(
130 was my max 2 months ago, never really went for any prs since then
Back in the gym after a year out and just creeping back in slowly, doing 100kg 6 reps after 4 weeks. I tend to drop the amount of reps to 3-4 when I go higher than 120kg. Not a big fan of deadlift but it's a must if you want to make some gains.
I put a lot of fat on over that year (had my first baby), currently 84kg (I was 91kg at my worst last year) - 5ft7.5" - probably between 18-20%bf at the moment I'd guess.
real question is how much u squat dud. deadlift 140kgs tho
i weigh 60kg my max was 90kg just last week
Deadlift is the most overrated exercise ever, if you are not going to compete in pl competition any time soon then you are wasting your time with deadlifts. It doesn't develop muscles as much as other thing in gym do.
legs - squats
back - barbell row
chest - incline bench
Deadlift is just nowhere near.
120kg 1rm couple days ago
i weight 69kg so im pretty satisfied
Congrats on your lift bro!
Did 200kg at 83 kg.
200 kg deadlift is definitely a weightlifting achievement. Not saying its really hard or anything to achieve but still a big goal. A nice round number. ALso the closest hundred after 200 is 300 and good luck with that :D
bodyweight is 85kg: i've 3RM 160kg 3weeks ago, havent done 1RM for a few times, it was 167.5kg last year. might try it soon when i'm done with my program
i train only biceps in the gym, ama
lul imagine training something else than biceps LUL
Never tried to max, usually go for 100kg x5 rep + 5 sets with belt
every single person can achieve a 200kg deadlift ( with very rare exceptions like the 1% weaker people by default but other than that )
i was doing 180x3 a few months ago, didn't deadlift since then cuz i hurt my right leg
Thats really not a lot LUL
My best deadlift is w/ the trap bar, 5x160kg.
Estimate my max to be 4 plates.
I did 170kg and that was my best (sumo stance), but i am not visiting gym for like 2 years now, no time :|
been deadlifting for a couple months now currently 5x5 135kg but I only weight 66kg
An average weightlifter can deadlift 167kg in a year of training from zero.
200kg should be doable in two years with programs like Madcow.
i can deadlift your mom.
190kg deadlift / 130kg bench
83 kg weight atm
Any ideas on how to improve in dips and other street-workout type of excercises like pull ups etc?
i can lift 2kg on a good day
2.5kg on both sides
imagine deadlifting lol how stupid do you have to be?
went from untrained to 140kg dl in 3 months before I got in a car accident, fractured my spine and now I can't dl at all:) Still do PPL, just without dl and squats
115kg 2 rep was my max, then got a knee injury can't do properly squats or deadlifts for now
On normal forums people actually often post videos of them doing shit. On hltv it's the intersideral void in that regard.
100+ replies with nothing, makes you wonder.
Not a deal with proper periodization
ez, british ppl just weak
whats the point of deadlift ?
Pro tip if you're trying to max on DL, do decently big jumps and don't waste energy trying 180kg first etc just straight 160kg (one rep) - > 200kg or something along those lines.
just be carefull with your back bro, gratz
