Sennheiser is generally the best irrespective of price but I use hyper x cloud flights and they’re amazing for me
2019-04-16 11:45
go for cloud II or cloud alpha best of the best
2019-04-16 11:47

Never get gaming headphones waste of money, clouds are OK but there are much better options. Beyerdynamic dt990 AKG 7XX AKG702 AUdio technica ad700x Sennheiser hd598/6xx

I have sennheiser hd 650 right now but it feels like I have a hard time hearing steps correct sometimes. So I was thinking of a gamingheadset so I get a microphone aswell, because my mic died. I will only use the gamingheadset for csgo then switch back to my sennheiser
2019-04-16 11:57
Try using speaker option in CSGO settings. No headphone you mentioned will beat the 650s for sound imaging, there's no special gaming element to the gaming headphones you mentioned. If you can't hear with the 650s it's OK you basically.

Pretty much what DivineWiseOne said, get a ModMic, keep the 650s, you can play with the EQ, less bass and more trebble (steps are pretty much just trebble)

Don't buy from mediamarkt, I was disappointed almost every time, even when I bought a quality product

Dont buy logitech. Many of them have a defect that makes them break the same place every time, just above the ear piece. My old one broke twice in the same way annoying to wait for them to ship a new/fix it. Both times within a year of getting them. Ive had the best experience with steelseries myself. And in b4 anyone comments im just a logitech hater. I love logitech i have a logitech G19 keyboard that is about ten years old. The headsets however i havnt been so lucky with.

scontent.fbud2-1.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t1.1575.. barely used them/didn't use them at all(they're roughly 8 months old, used them 1 month everyday and 7 months 1-2 times a week 2 hours), didn't throw them at all...

Don't buy logitech, fairly shitty Sennheiser got good sound quality but... #DonHaci.....(for those who know what im talking about) Regarding hyperx, imo hands down best headset you can get I have Revolver S and I couldn't have asked for a better headset, if you're going to lans I'd recommend you Cloud 2 because they're better isolated, fascinating sound card as well
2019-04-16 22:11
is this some retarded bait? 350€ cans are bad in a game that literally needs apple earbuds to hear sounds properly
2019-04-16 22:14
Can confirm use Apple Earbuds with a sound adapter and use a 40$ stand alone mic from amazon.

Quick question, what headphones do you currently use, and why are they bad for csgo?

Thx, missed that one Edit: keep the 650s, get a ModMic (better than most headset mics), apply eq for csgo (lower the bass, add a shitton of trebble)
