But with a sub 1.0 rating at the Major, the most important tournament so far this year, you can hardly call it "incredible". Better than previous two years thus far, but far from incredible - considering the level of opposition.
Also, by your definition, "the best of all time" refers to the player with the highest peak/skill ceiling. Most people, across all sports, would define the "best of all time" as a combination of skill, achievements, longevity and consistency. Try to be less subjective.
