You are doing a good job, maybe slower than some people's expectations, but at least you are in the right tracks . You made acknowledge-able progress, no doubt about that.
p.s Hope you don't make the mistake of training lower part chest more because it's easier. That is a trap many fall for and end up having the grandma's tits effect. Upper chest is also important. Like a bodybuilder said, I think it was Arnold, "The chest needs to have mass and when you stand-up, that line that most people look for will come from the mass weighing down."

Pretty good grow on certain areas but you are definitely not working-out as you should, you need to work out more total and focus less on your main area, titties and shoulders and upper-body overall. You should try to get some decent gym program. There are plenty of programs, in example, Chest+Biceb, Back+calfs, wed = free ( do light aerobic to get better faster ), thursday = tricebs+ shoulder, friday = Legs
And yeah, remember to work all muscles from those muscle groups, in example, shoulders need alot of different rotations to build all muscles at shoulder area, this logic applys to almost every muscle, thats why many people switches totally their system from time to time so they keep even and looking alpha
