No wonder you're depressed. Change it dude. You can control your life more than you think. Life is about habits and well being. If you actually make an effort to improve your life it will improve. Slowly at first yes, but over time it will be better and better and you will feel better and better. If you can make yourself miserable day after day and put yourself ina depression you can do the opposite. Everyday you live affects the next day. If you do nothing to make your next day enjoyable what do you think is gonna happen? It's like studying for a test. If sitting on a computer day after day makes you depressed try not doing that. It will feel bad of course and the easiest thing to do by habit and yes, addiction is to go back on the computer but refuse. When you're 40 years old do you want to think back at your youth and wonder what if I lived like an alpha male instead of a beta sitting on a computer looking at other people live life. Cmon man

Children's clothes are getting too 'sexy' nowadays It seems that every time I walk past the elementary school down the street I see a little girl wearing booty shorts or a mini skirt. If I were a pervert (which I'm not) I could have harmed these kids. One time I accidentally dropped my binoculars and a sweet 10 year old girl bent over to pick them up right in front of me! WTF! I'm no pedo, but this is getting too crazy. Parents need to dress their kids more modestly in order to keep creeps away from them. Maybe they should make them put on a few pounds too. It is a parents responsibility to make a child look less enticing to a predator.

There is only one way to beat depression, the hard way. You have to challenge yourself and do the things that makes you uncomfortable, start out easy and then the really hard things doesn't seem like such a big deal. There are no shortcuts, sorry.

Set a goal and grind hard to achieve it. Can be anything; studying, gym, sport, career goals etc.. Lethargy causes depression and depression causes lethargy. Break the cycle; go out a fucking do something. Good luck man I know its hard but can get past this quickly with some hard work!
