Computers make people depressed. Stop being on the computer all the time and do something with your life so 5 years from now you can think of all the fun things you did instead of sitting inside and watching people play video games and posting on a site such as this one
Children's clothes are getting too 'sexy' nowadays
It seems that every time I walk past the elementary school down the street I see a little girl wearing booty shorts or a mini skirt. If I were a pervert (which I'm not) I could have harmed these kids. One time I accidentally dropped my binoculars and a sweet 10 year old girl bent over to pick them up right in front of me! WTF! I'm no pedo, but this is getting too crazy. Parents need to dress their kids more modestly in order to keep creeps away from them. Maybe they should make them put on a few pounds too. It is a parents responsibility to make a child look less enticing to a predator.

There is only one way to beat depression, the hard way. You have to challenge yourself and do the things that makes you uncomfortable, start out easy and then the really hard things doesn't seem like such a big deal. There are no shortcuts, sorry.

Force yourself to do some kind of sports. I promise you will feel better afterwards.
Set a goal and grind hard to achieve it. Can be anything; studying, gym, sport, career goals etc.. Lethargy causes depression and depression causes lethargy. Break the cycle; go out a fucking do something. Good luck man I know its hard but can get past this quickly with some hard work!

it takes discipline but if u want to rid depression for ever u need to start doing thing.
Find a goal, do something. Positive emotions are tied to succesfully pursuing something.
